If I could Give ZERO stars I would. They assured me that I would Have no issues. Two hours before my flight ✈️ should leave and NO boarding pass. They wouldn’t answer emails or questions and when I called they said, “Oh, your flight was canceled; you’ll get your refund in 40 days.” So, not only do I now Need to spend $1300 to get a flight but I won’t even get my refund for 40 days. This website is a disgrace and tried to blame their reviews on people who don’t follow the rules.

I wish I could leave zero stars. This place is a scam. I tried calling the number provided for HOURS. No answer. Left Voicemail... no call back. Sent email... no return. My original ticket was to be charged $127.09 and the flight is through Southwest. Not only did this place attempt to charge, which didn't go through because I forgot to unlock my card. But southwest charged me $470.40, and actually took that money. And tried to keep charging me the same amount for each additional ticket. This place takes your money then makes the reservations, provides your info and then the airlines charges you. I am disputing charges, filing with BBB and making a police report for the scam operation. I have proof of all my claims. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!! BEWARE.

$ 729.38 charge for no service and ticket and ended my call. 3 sold tickets from SNA to Memphis on NOV( 26-39), but no actual tickets in the airport.Southwest airlines. I am still requesting a full refund for services that were never provided.

I can’t give you any STAR. I paid $729.38through Ticketcenter via cheapticketfare.com ( sep 3 - 2025) for travel from Orange County SNA to Memphis TN (Nov 26-30). When we arrived at the airport , we were told there was no valid ticket or reservation. This caused our financial and vacation loss and ruined our travel plans. I contacted Citi bank to dispute and directly to Ticketcenter, but they refused to help and ended the call.
I have payment records and reservation screen shots. Sharing this so the others can be careful. I am still requesting a full refund for services that were never provided.

If I could give no stars I would. Booked tickets, went to the airport and cheapticketfare never booked our tickets. Called them and instead of getting us on a different flight, they just refunded the money, but never gave us the refund. Called them, and the customer service guy told me to get it from my mom, and that he was my dad. No joke, I have it on recording, if I could upload I would. Company is scammers do not book with them. I am in the process of trying to get in touch with their corporate team. horrible!!! I am presently harassing them by emailing non-stop and calling trying to get our money back.

I paid for round trip tickets for my son and I, and we flew to Nashville, had a horrible first experience, my son and I were put on 2 different reservations, causing delays and issues with TSA. Then, they cancelled our return flight!!! Basically stranding us in Nashville!!!! I had to purchased 2 additional return flights, which cost me an extra $600.00 that I had not expected to have to pay!! Horrible DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will rip you off and strand you at the airport!!!

I paid them and was charged by Southwest Airlines also. ( More than I could have paid if I went direct)

We booked our flights and shortly after recieved 3 separate charges totaling more than the original booking promised. The charges appeared as if they were directly from the airline, but the airline said their charges would not appear that way, and the that the charges were fraudulent. CheapTicketFare gaslit me the entire time saying they had nothing to do with those charges, and that a confirmation email would arrive shortly with our tickets booked at the original price. That email never came. We are now having to dispute the charges and get a new credit card.

This is a scam they send us the boarding pass and when we get in to the airport. Our confirmation number doesn't exist the worse experience ever.

Stay the hell away from this site we booked our tickets 2 months ahead and the agent cancelled the ticket at the time of flight The Indian lady who said her name was Ann book the flight and them canceled the flight. Call the number 1888-5719677. This is a scamming site. The airlines should be aware so that it's customer don't get stood up at the airport

I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE PAY THEIR HARD EARN MONEY WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL TICKET AGENCY. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY HAVE TO GIVE YOU YOUR RESERVATION 6HRS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED FLIGHT. 24/7 TELEPHONE SERVICE IS BOGUS AND WHEN THEY SAY IF THIS IS AN EMERGENCY TO EMAIL. THEY NEVER RETURNED A PHONE CALL OR RETURNED AN EMAIL. WHEN MY DAUGHTER AND I WHERE SCHEDULED TO LEAVE. WE MISSED OUR INITAL DAY TO FLY OUT. I WAS AT THE AIRPORT 3 1/2 HRS PRIOR. WHEN I GET TO THE COUNTER. WE WERE NOWHERE IN THE SYSTEM. I HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE CALL ON MY BEHALF BECAUSE THEY HAD ME ON A DO NOT DISTURB. SO AFTER MISSING MY ORIGINAL SCHEDULED FLIGHT. THEY ANSWERED MY PHONE 6HRS LATER. I FINALLY GOT THROUGH AND HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THEY LOST MONEY. THAT'S A THEY PROBLEM. EVERYTHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN SET THE MOMEMT I BOOKED MY FLIGHT. WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY UNPLESANT.

I would have given a zero if I could. They people are scammers who give fake info and take your money. DO NOT BOOK THRU THEM!!!!! Got all the way to the airport for them to tell me they took our money and never booked anything.

Very bad customer service . They would just send you reservation from airline to make it look legit . E-tickets would never be confirmed with airline as they don't send in the payments. They would scream at you in phone and hang up. Told me to do whatever and threaten me to get banned from booking the tickets .

Horrible scammer. Stranded in city due to tickets saying they were fraudulent.

Total scam! Wanted me to change our tickets to the next day and charge $1600 more!! When I said no he started screaming at me saying he charged my card for over $6,000. I immediately called my credit card company to cancel the card.

Hice una reserva y por el abusivo tax quiero cancelar el hotel sin penalidad que es para el próximo año , cheapticket me ha defraudado con su alto tax es abusivo casi 700 dólares de tax casi un 21% creo jamás lo recomendaré y menos volveré a usarlo. Estoy verificando si puedo cancelar el hotel sin penalidad y cojerlo con alguien no abuse con los tax que es la primera vez me pasa. Siempre uso Booking y nunca me pasó y quise probar otra y me asaltaron que con tanto sacrificio reúno para un viaje al año ,somos senior y nunca nos había pasado

Never received confirmation email from them. Everything was ok then they say no ticket till 10pm the night before flight, which is at 7am!!!

I had a few things that I didn't understand, which got a little frustrating. The team handled it perfectly and put my mind at ease. They are great if you are booking up trip that you know is not going to change and if you are patient waiting for your e-tickets. I totally recommend them!!! They also gave me a really good price, when the previous one was sold out.

Malvin was very professional,also easy to work with. He went out of his way to give us a great deal with flights and add-ons. This was our honeymoon and we missed our return flight and he worked very diligently to find us a flight home with minimal back charges
