I was over charged for cleaning of carpet which left my carpet dirtier than it was before being cleaned.

The cleaning was arranged for 2pm on Friday however no one came until 11am the following day.

The employee asked to use my restroom and stayed in there for over 30minutes! I even left the home for 5 minutes and returned to the carpet cleaner running in the middle of my lounge room and the employee was standing in my kitchen, leaning on the kitchen bench on his phone.

When he told me he had fished the job I questioned the price and the poor job to which he replied it cost so much because he had spent over an hour cleaning the carpet which was definitely not the case. I felt intimidated and that I need to pay him as he refused to leave unless I paid him in full.

I have tried to contact the company now for 5 days and keep being told someone will contact me but never does. DO NOT USE THIS company!

DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I initially booked them to steam clean the tiles at my mother's home last week. The day before the scheduled appointment, they called to say their machine was being repaired and the job couldn’t go ahead. We rescheduled for today at 9am.
This morning, after 9am, the technician called and asked me to send photos of the tiles to determine which chemicals to bring. After reviewing the photos, he claimed the tiles were gloss and would need to be cleaned by hand, doubling the original quoted price. I explained they were ceramic tiles suitable for steam cleaning, but he insisted on the manual method and higher cost.
This has wasted two days of my time and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I found the company to be unreliable and unprofessional, and I would not recommend their services at all.

Dont even bother calling them they are worth less. They are the worst service provider in canberra. The reviews are reflective of unprofessional service. The guy was 2.5 hrs late . Had to call to get any information. When he got to the apartment to clean the carpet started saying will cost extra to clean because he need to carry the machine upstairs not even considering that I have been waiting there for him for 2.5 hrs. No apologies for being late.

Absolutely the worst company l've dealt with. They charged me $320 AUD for cleaning 2 rooms and 2 couches, but none of the stains were removed. The cleaner they sent was completely unprofessional and dishonest — he even offered a lower price if I paid him in cash and told the company I wasn't available.
I reported the poor service to the company, but they've done nothing to resolve the issue. In fact, they've been intentionally delaying and avoiding any real action. Totally unacceptable and untrustworthy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They are scammers, become verbally abusive and do NOT provide a professional service.

I requested someone from the business touch base with me before close of business to ensure a resolution was provided in a timely manner before the sale of my vehicle (being the day after).

I am beyond disappointed with the lack of communication, service provided, and the poor workmanship of the service provided.

Upon reading reviews online it appears this is not a one off with multiple people having the same or similar experience.

I booked these services in good faith to which I have been left with a vehicle that has dirtier seats than before the service was provided. Your advertising online is false and the services provided today do not reflect the before and afters on your website or the services that were advised.

No professional cleaning product was used, just hot water I HAD TO BUCKET down to them.
No pre spray was used.
No deodorizer was used.

Further I have not been provided an invoice which is also advised you will receive.

I have been extremely patient, polite and respectful to which I have not received the same courtesy.

When they turned up today to re clean the car after multiple calls and emails, half of the car was still dry and untouched.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I would have done a better job myself and saved $150.

I question the validity of some of these 5 star reviews, my experience today strongly contradicts the service and integrity of this business.
The cleaner arrived on time and was very polite. He reviewed our 3 rooms to be cleaned and told me he cannot do it, it needs a special "deeper" clean and that will cost me double ($200). I asked to speak to his boss and, rather rudely and abruptly, the boss told me that is the price as the ACT Government legislates this special clean for end of lease. I asked what this legislation was and he hung up on me. The cleaner then said, I am a "contractor" for Cheap Carpet Cleaning Canberra" and I will do it for $150 (was originally quoted $99).
I agreed and he continued. Whilst cleaning, I read some reviews (should had done this prior) and noticed this was a common "hustle and scam" by the company. When he finished (circa 15 minute job) I asked to see the cleaning chemicals and he became defensive and combative. I demanded to see the chemicals used and he very reluctantly pulled an old container out his personal vehicle. He was holding it at an odd angle where I couldn't see the front cover. I insisted he show me and eventually he turned it quickly to reveal a Pet Wash container. It became very awkward and uncomfortable because he challenged me on why I needed to see his products and that I was the first to ask this, to which I replied "its irrelevant and I want to know what I am paying for". He kept talking over me and I said I am happy to dispute this in the relevant court to which he jumped in his car and promptly drive off.
