I paid 5 pounds as you were asking me , and you debited 50 pounds from my account without authorisation. And you think you are serious solicitor. Stop doing that to desperate people.

Just wanted advice and paid £5
Just wanted advice and paid £5, but after 3 days they took £50 out of my account. They got my card details. Seems like a real scam what even solicitors are on the scam don't they earn enough.!!!
Do not give these people your card details
Don't touch them. I spent £5 to ask a question which was not adequately answered - just kept suggesting I pay a further £40 for a phone call - and have now discovered £100 has been taken from my account for a monthly membership I never signed up to. Presumably was in the very very small print so nothing I can do except warn others.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! ITS A FRAUD! THEY KEEP TAKING MONEY OUT AND YES NO EMAILS- ONE QUESTION HAS COSTED ME A LOT
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They keep taking funds WITHOUT AUTHORISATION. DISAPPEAR IN CHAT WHEN TRYING TO COMPLAIN. NO ABILITY TO CONTACT ANYONE. DISGUSTING. SHOULD BE CRIMIBAL AND THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO HELP. Was £5 TRIAL AMD KEEP TAKING MORE AND MORE.
Scam
Scam. I clicked on something but not even use its service, I got a monthly bill of 50 pounds since then. What can I do?
I completely agree with Andy Mac
I completely agree with Andy Mac. This company is operating a scam. The claim that it is obvious that you have to cancel your temporary membership to avoid continuing monthly payments of £50 is not true. Also it is not possible to speak to someone in Customer Service.
No notification is given that we have “a membership plan” or that we are even members. No email, no text, no membership number….
This Chat With Solicitor " service " is…
This Chat With Solicitor " service " is in my opinion a thinly disguised scam which offers basic answers to legal conundrums and which then continues to deduct £50 per month from your credit card WITHOUT, in my experience, having properly secured agreement to these ongoing charges. I am taking them to court and will document the experience on social media. A disgusting con trick. If it was possible to award this company zero points, I would do so. And that would be me being kind.
The initial question was answered…
The initial question was answered quickly and corectly. BUT they continue to charge £50 per month! I sent an email to cancel but that did not work. I tried to ask a solicitor BUT they wanted my credit card to pay £5 for the advice! What a joke and scam, maybe thay wanted £100 per month for nothing. Avoid this group of legal scammers.
Thieves
Thieves, they take 50 GBP every month. Thought i had my answer given to me, then got hit with 50 quid. I thought ok, maybe because i asked a few questions but then today i get a message that another 50 quid has come out. I should have checked Trustpilot sooner as its flooded with complaints of the same thing.
Do not touch this company
Do not touch this company.
It takes money from your account regularly in increments of £50
I have asked my bank to raise a dispute with this firm
This company cannot be trusted
This company cannot be trusted. Paid the initial £5, then the £50 and now they have taken another £50 without authorisation.
Not really happy, cannot get a hold of anyone at this company to cancel it and refund.
ABSOLUTE SCAM
ABSOLUTE SCAM. THANKFULLY MY BANK HAS BLOCKED THEM.
DIDNT GET ANY ADVICE AND NO CALL.
I was given some good advice on 24th february
I was given some good advice which I was charged £5 then £50. Which I was quite happy about ,then I discovered the £50 was trying to be taken again without my authorisation ,seems to be a monthly payment that I have not ok'd .So be aware.!!!! I was not informed it would be a monthly charge . This company for want of better word perhaps scammers fits ,need to be reported and stopped . Can't believe so many of us have been caught by them . They won't get any more from me. Puts proper solicitors in a bad light. BRENDA TOWNSEND
Don't touch its poor
It says 5 to 15 minutes, and an hour later, I am still waiting. You get an instant response on the initial contact, then it just says waiting and waiting and waiting.
Wouldn't give one star - a scam
Wouldn't give one star. Total scam and there is no way to get hold of them. It has taken £50 from my account without even linforming me. It asked for a £5 joining fee. Does anyone know how to contact these people? I advise everyone who has been scammed to contact the Law Society and Police Fraud to report and complain about this scam.
I fell into their trap & have had two…
I fell into their trap & have had two payments of £50 taken from my bank. I could not find any way to contact them other than to return to the Chat portal. I clearly explained my issue and the AI directed me to pay £5 pound to chat! how ironic!. I tried to visit their site and was asked to log in to an account I had not been aware I had created and had no login details for. I did however realised from this process that I had inadvertency signed up and as a consequence have contacted my bank to stop any future withdrawals. A £100 lesson that I hope will prevent others from making the same mistake
This business is a Scam
This business is a Scam, do not pay £5, because when you ask your question they immediately come back with, "they need to discuss it further over the phone so you need to pay an additional £44". Immediately I thought there is something dodgy going on here, so I looked on Trustpilot and saw all of the bad reviews. I did not go any further and then froze my banking card.
This company obtains your card details, then charges you monthly- a Scam
This is definately a scam, they convince you to pay once for some simple legal advice and then charge you 45 GBP per month from there on. the only way to stop the direct debit is to go back to the site, (there are different ones for different countries eg UK, Japan, Spain etc), login, request a new passport, if you can't remember it and then go to membership and cancel it.
Be careful or find other consultants
I paid for a one-off consultation, which didn't give me anything new except general advice. I didn't subscribe. It was my first visit to the website. I started getting requests to withdraw £50 from my card, the default flag was checked. I visited their website a second time and unchecked the flag two months ago, but the request to withdraw is still coming. Scam.
