Sorry to be rather more negative,I really wanted to like these products. I purchased a padded coat which was far too long in the sleeves and overall length though it fitted widthwise (I'm size 14, 5'3") Then the pyjamas were all too long in the leg and tight at the waist, and the quality was not good. The silk packaging was excessive unless for a gift. However I did love the animal print scarves!

The items I purchased were of excellent quality, levelled at the mid to upper end of the market. Because of this, I didn't mind paying its equivalent in price.

The service from the company was good, with my pyjamas arriving on time and beautifully packaged. Being a woman, I found the attention to detail, such as the brown drawstring bags and name tape, extending my delight in my purchases.

I will certainly use Charlotte & Co again, especially when I want to treat myself to something a little extra special. Thank you.

I ordered a padded coat and it was delivered promptly. it seems good quality, although the lining looks like a black plastic bag! However, I feel it was overpriced, and the fact that the day after it was delivered, I received a sales e-mail from the company advertising 20% off all coats, rather confirms that, and was rather irritating to say the least. However, the style is good, and I haven't found a similar one elsewhere.

I purchased a pair of cashmere slippers as a Christmas gift. Delivery was swift and the slippers were the cheapest that I could find on the web. The quality however was still high. The cashmere was soft and sumptuous.

My wife was looking for a warm but traditional nightie for winter and your product, sent promptly and wrapped beautifully fitted the bill exactly. Pity you only had one colour.

Sleepwear just as I hoped

The company specializes in giving unique and personal service. Materials, used for the individually designed products, are excellent. The designs are simple and real good value for the quality it gives. I would recommend Charlotte & Co products for their chic and stylish options, and especially so for those who like comfort and have sensitive skin.

I like most of your things, but it is very expencive to buy, so I wait for the offeres. I wish that you would do more offeres for ladies silk/wool camisoles for £5 and hooded velurer tracksuts for £15 may be.

Really nice store - quick - perfect

I bought two of these garments because both colours would go so well with my existing wardrobe.They drape beautifully and are very soft to wear. I thought that they were well priced too.I have not washed them yet but taking the fabric composition into consideration I do not envisage any problems there.

As I work from home I wear slippers all day. Last year I purchased metallic silver and blue ones which lasted me for many many months and stayed in excellent condition. This September I decided to buy another newer pair at the rather pricey cost of £29.00 hopefully in the knowledge that I'd have a quality, long-lasting product as I had before. It is now nearly two months on and my latest slippers will have to be binned. They have stretched to ridiculous proportions and fall off my feet. It's only due to the cost that I indignantly struggle with them and dread my husband noticing that they have gone ("Thirty quid for a pair of slippers?!").
I take no pleasure in being negative but I doubt I'll purchase anything again. As my slippers had been worn for a couple of weeks I doubted whether they'd have been replaced. And yes, I did get the correct size.....

Delivery was very fast and although I haven't worn the item yet it looks gorgeous and exactly what I wanted.

I purchase the silk and wool undies and they are a really good quality and fit. They're light but warm, wear and wash well, are comfortable and stylish and look like lasting a good few years.

Charlotte & Co sell the cosiest, softest PJ's in the world! Having searched the globe (well, the local shops and internet!) for years, for the perfect PJ's, I have found them from this gorgeous on-line store!
I've lost count of the number of 'brushed cotton' PJ's I've purchased over the years which shrink and go hard after a couple of washes.
But Charlotte & Co produce the toastiest PJ's that I've ever bought!
