Julia was very good in explaining the finishing details and what was available to us. We were very pleased with the level of service we received.

Moved into a new Charles Church house in Warminster Wiltshire in March 26. What a mistake. We wished we never moved here. Hundreds of issues, including areas not correctly fitted to plan, holes left hidden behind units, cracked tile in bathroom, sockets missing or in incorrect place, window vents faulty, hole in ceiling by light, kitchen units not square, oven and tumble dryer damaged, large hole around boiler flue allowing wind to blow in, most windows and frames damaged, garden railings damaged, radiators not working, central heating failed, extractor fans whistle with air blowing inwards, every door frame scarred as not filled in and rubbed down before glossing, utility cubboard poorly designed, kitchen tap and sockets tarnished, toilets sound like a fog horn when flushed, porch damaged, chips on radiators, garage door marked, chip in bath, back gate too small and incorrect hung. House was in dirty condition on moving in day, hundreds of paint splatters, dirty silicone, sticky grime on surfaces whole bucket of dust swept up in garage. Some contractors show careless attitude. Staff have lack of product knowledge regarding fittings especially alarm and solar panels. Slow response to issues. More robust quality controls needed.

Alan Foreman was a great help at my property in Ridge walk. He came to fix a door for us and offered to help put a curtain pole up which was definitely going the extra mile. Cheers Alan

From first walking in to the sales suite to moving in the experience has been seamless. The part exchange deal was fair and is what made it relatively simple.
I’m happy with the house overall, wouldn’t have chosen it otherwise. Great layout for our needs. The finish could be a little better in places but it’s pretty good.
There’s always going to be some snagging but it wasn’t an exhaustive list and it’s been dealt with and rectified accordingly. My experience with the on site staff has been positive. Happy with everything. To get 5 stars everything would’ve had to be absolutely perfect and that’s unrealistic. I’m a realist

Two helpful, friendly men who also did some excellent jobs

Leo came for an aftercare visit to rectify a couple of things. Very efficient and polite and both jobs completed very quickly.

Liam and Jen were fantastic from the start to the end … no question was a daft question… helped out with everything couldn’t have asked for more

We had Zoli, Harvey and Matt onsite fixing a few snags and they were brilliant. These guys know thier stuff and work so politely and tidy up as they go. Even helped with another issue we had and explained things to me so I understood better.

Mike was brilliant from start to finish. Delivered excellent customer service and definitely went the extra mile. Would highly recommend.

We had a snag in the en-suite. Mastic was not finished properly. Bouba came in and was very friendly and professional. The en-suite was finished to high standard. Thank you

We had a fantastic experience reserving our home with Charles Church at Abbots Vale, Suffolk. From start to finish the team were brilliant, especially Mia who went above and beyond to help us secure our home - she was welcoming, accommodating, friendly, and answered all our (many) questions!

Stephen attended our property on the 9th and 10th April 26 to carry out some remedial/corrective work in my daughters bedroom.

He was extremely courteous, work completed to a high standard and everything put back in place as before

Paul & Wayne have visited a couple of times now to rectify some snags we had from moving in. They are always polite, professional and hardworking.

Bouba is a hardworking guy and he has been to the house doing a few jobs. He is very passionate about his work, well-mannered and enjoys interacting with clients in a professional style. I will recommend him to anyone .

We have had a lovely experience so far with our purchase of a Charles church property at the Glan Y Coed site.
Melissa has been welcoming, warm, helpful, and genuine. Melissa updates us regularly and is always willing to answer any and all questions. She seems invested in supporting us to get our dream home, and we’ve had many conversations on the interior!

We’re excited to complete and move into our new home.

Alan Foreman and Bob Matthew’s came to complete some snags for us yesterday. They were happy to complete all the jobs that had been raised and did so to a wonderful standard. Despite my 5 year old daughter deciding to try and help (she put her finger in some silicone that wasn’t dry which meant they had to redo it). They were happy and helpful.
So far Charles church have been great with our aftercare and I’ve always had a prompt response to snags with no issues.

Paul - Great member of the team called to do my repairs. Knowledgable and worked efficiently. Total left the job spotless and showed me all the work done in a clear summary before he left.

Chris Alexander joined Charles Church in December, and since then he has been working tirelessly to ensure all snagging issues are completed to a high standard. From the outset, he has shown excellent communication skills and has proven to be a real asset to the company.
Chris has made a significant difference on the estate, turning around the experience of many previously unhappy residents. His commitment to daily communication and his proactive approach to resolving issues quickly have not gone unnoticed.
We are especially pleased with the transformation of our garden. After months of being unable to use it due to drainage problems, Chris ensured everything was addressed efficiently, and we can now fully enjoy the space.
Chris is highly professional in everything he does, and his work is truly five-star.

Geoff & Brian were great today on finishing off my bay window and front door with trim. Finished look is loads better.
