Collagen Peptides is not tasteless
The products arrived in good time and well packaged. I ordered the NMN+ and have only just started taking these, so too early to review. I also ordered the collagen peptides and was disappointed as the description on the website stated that there was no taste, but i can definitely taste it in my coffee or tea and it was so strong, i could not manage the two scoops as a recommended daily dose, it is just unpalatable for me. I dislike the taste so much that unfortunately i will have to find an alternative

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback and for trying our products. I completely understand your experience. Collagen does have a very subtle taste, which can be more noticeable in tea. Compared with many other collagen products, ours is relatively neutral, but since it comes from bovine collagen it will never be completely without taste.
Many customers find that after a few days of use the taste becomes less noticeable, especially when mixed into coffee or smoothies. It can take a little adjustment if this is your first time using collagen.
I hope you might consider trying it again with these suggestions, as many of our customers find it becomes much easier to take over time.

The delivery was late and I had to…
The delivery was late and I had to leave the country for a month. So now I’m abroad and do not have my diet supplements. I’ll be looking for a new supplier on my return to the U.K.

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. With our standard delivery option, the usual timeframe is 2–3 business days . Your order was placed on a Saturday and dispatched the following Monday, with Royal Mail receiving it the same day.
I completely understand how disappointing it must be not to have your supplements for your trip. For future orders, we also have a next business day delivery option in case you ever need them sooner.

All good service, was unsure as I hadn’t been able to find the products in other places to make sure was genuine however 3 orders in and getting what I paid for. A little bit pricey.

I made the wrong order
I made the wrong order. Customer service were great and promptly sent me a replacement in quick time. It was my fault but they sorted it, without question. Was dubious at first, but noe ill be getting my NMN from here only :) Matt Shaw County Durham

Slow delivery
Product seems good but the service ia incredibly slo. i would expect next day delivery and it take around two weeks

Hi Charley, thanks for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear you felt the delivery was slow.
I’ve had a look into your order, and it was placed on Saturday, 3rd May. As our courier doesn’t collect on weekends or bank holidays—and Monday the 5th was a UK holiday—the parcel was collected on Tuesday the 6th and delivered on the 8th. Since the standard 2–3 business day option was selected (rather than the next-business-day upgrade), the delivery still arrived within the timeframe chosen at checkout.
It may have felt like a longer wait due to the weekend and holiday, which is completely understandable. But please know we’re always happy to help if you need something more urgently—just choose the express option at checkout.
We truly appreciate your support and are really glad to hear you’re happy with the product itself.
