I don't normally do reviews but felt the need to do so on this occasion to give florence the recognition she deserves for being so helpful with our search for our new home. she is a credit to herself & your company for the way she conducts herself.

The agent who showed us round was prompt, polite and helpful. She seemed rather nervous but she had no need to be, she did okay.

Stacy was friendly, professional and very informative while viewing the property. There wasn't anything she couldn't answer and even knew about the little, but important, details.

Met Stacy for a viewing, She was waiting for me at the agreed time, She was very polite and knowledgable.

As a first time buyer, Florence was very good at answering my questions and where she wasn't sure, promptly followed up with the vendors to make sure I was given accurate information. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful in terms of considering what I might want to know and confident in her delivery.

Florence was very helpful and instantly came up with a property she thought I might like, and was right!!!

Stacy at Chancellors was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. As we spoke, she took into account our concerns as she showed us around the properties, highlighting how the properties would be suitable for our needs. Altogether, a great experience.

Tom was very professional and friendly put me at my ease and explained the selling process very well. He has called several times but has not been ‘overly pushy’ but has given informative information allowing me to come to to an informed decision on selling the House. Would definitely recommend Tom and Chancellor’s.

Prompt and knowledgeable

I found Amy to be very helpful and informative on our first house viewing. Have since organised a second viewing and Amy has been prompt and concise with all communications leading up to this. Would recommend using Chancellors to others based on my experience with Amy.
