Excellent service from Katie
Katie was extremely prompt and professional when dealing with my inquiries. I remember asking her several questions about the flat that I was looking to rent and she would patiently and fully reply to all of them.
This, in turn, made me confident enough to put in an offer for the property.

Pleasant experience
Applying for a property through this branch was an overall pleasant experience. The agent Katie Palmer sent me a video viewing soon after I enquired and answered my questions, even though there was a lot of information and the paperwork was a bit confusing, which is perhaps due to my lack of experience. She also quickly arranged a physical viewing for me after the initial acceptance from the landlord, which was very helpful. Her colleague Adam was very helpful during the viewing as well.
