I had the pleasure of speaking with Sam Hinton from your lettings team. In all honesty, estate agents are the worst - I dreaded every single call from god knows how many agents I'd requested info from. Sam however was an absolute star - great, friendly and non-forceful communication skills. He was always on hand to help and kept following up with our best interests in mind. He never pestered but he would always notify us when changes took place with a property we were really interested in. Ultimately we went with a different property however he seemed genuinely happy for us to have found somewhere.

I went and viewed a property with Sasha from the Chancellors branch in Henley. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. She was also very friendly, but clearly took the company Covid-19 secure measures seriously which made me feel safe and comfortable to bring other family members with me for another viewing. I would definitely recommend using this estate agents.

Really easy to get hold of the relevant people (Sam) and our letting application was really well explained and handled quickly. Sam was really lovely and got us really excited for our new flat. He went above and beyond to make sure we had our keys on time even during the Covid pandemic and the flat was perfect for us. Very friendly and efficient.
