Lovely up until you become one of their tenants. Then just awful. We have been treated like second class citizens. Can't wait to move and will never rent through these people again.

We complained previously and this just made things even worse.

Emily has dealt with all aspects of the tenancy agreement excellently, quick response to queries with a successful outcome for all parties concerned.

The current tenant had given notice and after my visit I found the property to be in bad condition with multiple problems. Francesca was attentive to my phone call and arranged contractors to quote for the works so that the work could be done during the short time in-between tenancies.
