So the pattern of lies continues. On Trust Pilot they tell us they’re looking into it.

Privately they keep telling me they’re not:

‘We are sorry you feel you have been lied to but this is not the case and I feel this was supported by the property file notes and documents. If you have evidence to the contrary, we invite you to send this in for further review.’

They disagree anyone lied. I sent them lots of evidence that they did. Even the published email extracts below prove they did. A disgrace the directors behave in this way.

If you choose not to tell someone the truth when they ask, it’s a lie! Your own emails admit you did this - because according to you, the truth wasn’t in my interests.

John is very professional with the way he conducts himself and within the business conveys. He knows how to treat people and is very knowledgeable of how the process goes. I highly recommend him and had a pleasant experience throughout my sale process
