After a year and a half I have to delete my good review. I learnt Sirus recomended tenant who lied about job, income and everything. He never spoke English and I am still waiting for court to grant me possesion of my own flat as my tenant pays no rent, fladed kitchen and the cost of all ran up to 9 000 pounds in legal fees, repaiers and lost rent. I am still not at the end of this nightmare. Sirua knew the tenant never spoke proper English and no way he was holding a good job. Referencies were all lies. I can not believe this nightmare.

Recently found a rental through the Barnet office; their agents are very helpful and quick to respond, helping to chase landlords etc, although the Chancellors main office seems to be rather overloaded or distracted, not sure what's happening there.
