Is both professional and patient in what would be considered a Very difficult liaison and was able to conduct a viewing with patience and helpful advice.

Jamie has been quick and efficient with raising our cases, providing feedback, and communicating between us and the landlord.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Chancellors Ascot letting office. Prior to signing the letting contract, I was given assurances that were later proven to be misleading. Specifically, upon moving in, I discovered that the property was cluttered with the landlord’s personal possessions. These included both used and unused tires, a personal desktop computer and printer, a treadmill among other gym equipment, and a large number of assorted ornaments. Despite raising these concerns immediately, the Chancellors, on behalf of the landlord, refused to remove all these items, significantly impacting my living conditions. It’s evident that the Chancellors was complicit in concealing this information, prioritizing the landlord’s interests over transparency and tenant welfare. I strongly advise potential renters to exercise caution when dealing with Chancellors.

A fast, efficient and friendly service from Hazem in the Ascot office, tenant was found, qualified, processed and in the property within two weeks!! Outstanding-

Excellent experience specifically with Benito (Ben) Scott from Chancellors on the purchase of my home in Jan 2025. Ben was an excellent agent, fair, considerate, not pushy and above all, honest! Yes, an honest estate agent and we completed in less than three months. I am also renting with Chancellors but this home purchasing experience was much better because Ben was managing it.
