Thanks very much to Jeremy James for the comments regarding the driving range, I used the number and got through to someone immediately, sorted out my order, cancelled items not available and refunded accordingly

Item purchased was faulty, he basically said "I don't think it is faulty so you can only have a partial refund". I've since discovered that there is a common fault with the GPS watch, proving me correct. Shocking attitude on refund policy ending with him only offering partial refund. Check your consumer rights before purchasing from this dealer!

I always check this site before ordering things, especially golf gear as there’s plenty of chancers out there.

I read the reviews and gave CG the benefit of the doubt - how bad could they be?

The answer? Woeful. Every review on here that talks about CG just taking your money, not sending the item and refusing to pick up the phone is bang on.

To top it off - the item I ordered over a month ago is still on their site for sale.

Not worth your time - AVOID!

Seems to be quite a few reviews like this, they show items on the site to be in stock and then you get notified to say there is a delay. In my case they took 9 days just to tell me the gloves I ordered were not in stock despite stating a 3-5 working day delivery.

They obviously had no intention of delivering to the published time lines, they don't provide an option to cancel the order and they don't answer the phone.

Considering the quality of service from so many online suppliers nowadays this company is a long way behind. won't purchase from again.

Bought via Amazon, this firm have sent me socks that were not the ones they were advertising and won't provide a refund as I opened the packet to check on the quality. Avoid them at all costs, this is mis-selling and exteremely poor customer services. DO NOT USE. After lodging a query with Amazon, this firm have told Amazon to turn it down as I did not take care of the goods. This is a blatant lie, I opened the packet to see if the WRONGLY SENT item would suffice, so now I can't refund it. DISGRACEFUL & DISHONEST.

Goods ordered not delivered and when checking with parcel-force they have received nothing even though they said it had been posted......escalated to PayPal for refund.... have ordered previously with no issues so something obviously wrong tried to contact direct numerous times but phone not being answered

Shocking! No delivery, no answered phone calls and no emails returned. Ordered 3 x FJ golf gloves nearly 3 weeks ago and still not arrived or heard from company.. Ordered my bank to try and reclaim money. Scammers at their best!

Ordered 2 tops and a hoodie and can't fault them. I got a bargain and found Mike very helpful. Answered promptly when I rang him. Maybe, people don't leave reviews when everything goes to plan.

Bought two Titleist hybrids. Communication was good. Order delayed but they were on back order from Titleist. Not the fault of CG, they were on back order from all merchants. Got what I ordered at a great price

I’m only writing this review, because after I made my purchase I Google CG discount golf, and seen the reviews. Instantly thought oh ****. Well my order for a Wilson full set arrived on weds 6th Jan, when Amazon said they were coming. In all honesty I didn’t think they would turn up and I’d have to chase for a refund. So I’m very pleased with CG Discount golf. I purchased from Amazon.

Goods ordered and paid, through Amazon has not been delivered. Company does not provide any contact details either.
I am surprised why this company keeps on trading on Amazon. Very disappointed.

Beware this company. I wished I'd read trust pilot before placing order. I was surprised they had the UA shoes I needed as every other supplier I had tried was out of stock even UA themselves. More fool me for believing they had stock. What happens it seems is they accept your order whether they have the product or not. Please note you will not get through on the phone line, despite repeated emails they will not respond. A simple sorry we are out of stock would have sufficed. My wife managed to identify that there is a golf driving range that appears owned by the same company in Carlisle. I managed to get through to someone on that number who said my money would be refunded in the next 24 - 48 hours and I received it. That's why they got 2 stars!

Can't fault service or prices. Ordered goods on 5th December got email on 9th to say out of stock and offering alternative which I by by email got reply on 10th saying order would be shipped that day. This morning 12th I was surprised as goods arrived by Royal mail. Ihave bought from this company before and would certainly do so again.

After searching for a price for winter golf boots and mitts, CG Discount Golf was cheapest. After reading some bad reviews, I was wary but placed my order anyway. Ordered items on Wednesday and parcel was delivered today. I had reason to phone and request the mitts I had ordered be cancelled and had good customer service. I’ve had a good experience with this family run business and would use again. I don’t normally review but after reading some negative reviews thought it only fair to share good experiences too.

Beware..I paid online for a club which they later said they didn’t actually have in stock. It was only that I called them before the last delivery day that I got this info otherwise I would have been in the dark about it. They know full well what they are doing by taking money and not actually having item in stock. Also ordered a club before thru them, club did arrived but not on Delivery date I Paid for which was guaranteed 48hours but took 72hours 🤔.
Do not rely on these people to get you what you want at the time you want it. My experience.

Bought a full set of ex demo Taylormade SIM Max. They arrived today and I could not be happier, the clubs are beyond my expectations. The staff were friendly gave fantastic advice and I will definitely by using again. Highly recommend

I truly wish I had visited this site before placing an order. Ordered 4 dozen balls and was sent another brand from the same manufacturer which we all know is wrong.

No response to emails or phone calls, I suggest any one who reads this passes the word around do NOT use these guys ever.
