This site is hilarious in the cognitive dissonance exhibited by the "writers" - or should I say "writer"? A single author, named "Kaiser", seems to be contributing 99 % of the content (of which cca 90 % seems to be irrational worship of Meghan Markle and/or equally irrational bashing of William & Kate, recently also of the Queen).

I am no royalist, but the nasty pettiness, not to mention an appalling lack of basic intelligence plus the conspiracy-theory tendencies, exhibited by said Kaiser & her commenters (though one has to wonder how many of those names are actually the author herself in disguise) are beyond belief. It is the kind of "writing" one would expect from a clique of not particularly bright six-graders.

Speaking of "cliques"... is it really about clicks? I can see no other reason why a formerly well-liked site allows said Kaiser to be its main contributor (or indeed why it allows outrageous racism against anyone who is not a "WoC" and/or "woke" enough to compensate for not being one). I doubt said Kaiser or her commenters (whether real or not) are aware of the fact that many of their occasional visitors go there simply and exclusively to LAUGH at them. (Granted, it's not a nice thing to do.) I know quite a few people, myself included, who do that; when in need of a laugh (or of a weirdly catharctic groan and eyeroll), Celebitchy is our go-to site.

But surely the owners of the site must be aware of Kaiser's total, mind-boggling incompetence as a writer? Are they cynically allowing this person to spew hatred and hilarious conspiracy theories, to exhibit her own lack of intelligence, as a circus would exhibit a "freak" - to earn ad money from clicks?

If so, they should also be aware that many people use adblockers precisely for the purpose of preventing cynical webmasters to earn at the expense of catering to the basest instincts.

I was a long time reader of Celebitchy and I agree with all the reviewers here to touch on how nasty Kaiser is.
Yesterday she claimed Biden was the President Elect and I dared to correct her to say it was premature and that her writing was irresponsible. She called me names. Real classy. I responded and her fan girls swarmed around her like the idiotic sycophants they are. I'm banned now, do I care? NO. Don't waste time there, like I did. Kaiser can sit on it and rotate.

Well, they hired another Kaiser this time named Oya over at Celebitchy. I guess their business plan has a picture of a building imploding because their new hire is about as non-biased as Kaiser. I will never, ever click on that dumpster fire of a website ever again. Thanks for ruining a once funny website and creating a vicious echo chamber of stupid.

I used to read Celebitchy every day but it has become so Meghan Markle obsessed it's mind boggling. The comment section is frustratingly vitriolic and so mean towards some female celebrities that I just can't stomach it anymore.

This site crushes the spirit. It hasn't changed for over 14 years. Read past posts to see who the writers truly are. Also make note of longtime posters that are no longer giving the site engaging content and community.
Do yourself a favor and read the Daily Mail, TMZ, or Page Six in wee hours of the AM to get most of the entire week's content. Also throw in an article or two from the NY Times and Wall Street Journal for whatever their version of intellect is.

I am very disappointed in this site, and the authors. In the past, celebitchy.com has (rightfully) criticised individuals for sharing leaked nudes.

Now one of the authors, Kaiser, has gleefully shared Chris Evans nudes across her Twitter, which is linked to the celebitchy.com site. The double standards for this website are disgraceful.

I used to come to this site on the daily, even made comments. It was snarky and right down my alley. Things took a turn when Harry and Meghan became a thing. I didn't care either way about them, but the articles about them became more and more frequent, and soon became obsessive. It became less fun and more mean spirited. So I became less intrested. It's is completly bias, and I became more uncomfrontble with the overall tone. So I stopped. It's a shame, because for a while they really had something great.

I got banned for accusing the "Kaiser" of having an unhealthy fixation on Angelina Jolie's life. She probably burns candles in a Jolie shrine fantasizing about the day Angie finally notices her little gossip site. It has taken a huge dump since the "Kaiser" lol started writing everything. So sad. She sounds like the female version of an incel and has a contingent of spinster basement dwellers as stans.

I was banned for simply pointing out grammatical mistakes on an article. Kaiser wrote "Could care less" instead of couldn't care less about people not being happy with her. And also should of instead of should have. I wrote that she could maybe edit it the mistakes I noticed. I was blocked and can't comment on the site anymore. Then riled up fellow commenters to go after me saying I was a Princess Kate supporter and I couldn't even respond.

I used to enjoy this site, but Kaiser is just terrible and has driven the site to the ground. It's no wonder Celebitchy has had to expand to shilling cheap Amazon junk and doing regurgitated Podcasts.

Kaiser's writing is so negative, and she immediately deletes comments that call her out - even when the comments are inoffensive and don't break any rules.

For example, Kaiser recently posted an article about Robert Pattison catching COVID-19 and blamed this on his 'poor hygiene'. I don't care one way or another about RPatz, but when people rightfully commented that Kaiser has no idea about his hygiene (how could she?), the comments were removed. Come on! Is such a harmless disagreement really worth moderating comments over?

It's really no wonder the only articles that get a decent amount of comments are the ones about the British Royal Family. Kaiser has clearly run off everyone else except the same five lunatics that live to rant about Kate and William.

It says something that the old frequent commenters from this site have vanished.

Changes really need to be made.

This site used to be a hoot and very entertaining. Now it is totally intolerant which ironic given that they want to be seen as progressive and pro women. As a self described feminist myself it greatly saddens me that the scope for any opinion that is different to the moderators, no matter how respectfully given, is instantly shouted down or simply censored. I used to have celebitchy as one of my bookmarked sites but no longer. It's not just the rightwingers who have become intolerant and lost the ability to listen...they have very effectively alienated us old lefties too.

I started reading this blog in 2011 and really enjoyed it. The writers at the time covered all sorts of celebrity gossip. The writers were snarky but very entertaining hence the title of the blog. I stopped going to this site around the time of the 2016 election. It was already going down hill because of Kaiser and her obsession with bashing Jennifer Aniston and several other celebrities she hated. Someone on twitter reminded me of this blog so I went to check it out to see what kind of content they currently have. All I can say is wow. Kaiser has lost her mind. It's nothing but her ranting about Trump and Princess Kate. The comments are all from the same few people who sound just as mentally unhinged as Kaiser. I imagine most, if not all, of them are very lonely, older women sitting at home alone all day surrounded by their cats. I have never commented there but I've seen the abuse heaped at anyone who dares to have a different opinion and it's gross. Kaiser needs psychiatric help because no one should be that angry. A shame to see what was once an interesting, entertaining, well-written blog turn into such a steaming pile of garbage.

I’ve been following this site since 2010. It’s been on a downward trend for a long time. As many of the other reviews have mentioned, this is in large part due to Kaiser taking over almost all of the writing. She is incredibly prejudiced and pushes the type of one-sided SJW drivel that makes a joke out of feminism. The whole website is just exhausting and there’s hardly gossip beyond wall to wall coverage of the Sussexes.

Seriously, why did they let Kaiser take over? There are so many visitors who’ve posted about how they are no longer going to keep visiting the website, even on the website. Hire more writers and downsize kaiser’s role. Better yet, just get rid of her entirely for all of the misinformation and negativity she’s pushed.

Used to be good until the writer named Kaiser started writing EVERYTHING. Now it is horrible, boring and repetitive. Ten million posts about Meghan Markle. There ARE other people worth writing about. It's always refreshing when someone other than Kaiser writes an article. You almost want to say "Oh, THANK GOD! Something different!!!"
Kaiser is emotionally exhausting and it is SO ANNOYING to see that she writes almost ALL of the articles. I've started going to ONTD! for my gossip fix.

This site is offensive and hateful towards women. Bullying and nasty if you don't agree with the posts and incites violence toward the British Royal Family except for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle who apparently are saints. It's very nasty and toxic and should not be given any sort of platform.

Absolutely terrible site, full of inaccuracies and tabloid trash. Kaiser bans all the comments that don't agree with her opinion. They are like an echo chamber, only those (20something people) who see Markle as an angelic, super intelligent, extremly hard -working, can-do-no-wrong heavenly creature, yet brainless and naive, who didn't know what to expect from marrying a British prince, and Prince William, Katherine and HM The Queen as terrible, evil, stupid bullies are allowed to comment. It says that comments that are disrespectful (yet they call all royals exept Megan and Harry all kinds of derigatory and vile names, and still get published) will be moderated or deleted, and none of my comments were disrespectful (I just presented different opinion, with valid points) yet were not published. Only one that made it through, other commenters insulted and attacked, and were not banned from doing so. To cut the short- whoever pays for that domain is clearly wasting the money. And I was certainly wasting my time wisiting that site.

The Head writer Kaiser is simply a vile piece of work, she will delete even the smallest piece of criticism towards any thing she posts. Its hard to even call them articles or even an entertainment blog at this point. Since all she spends most of time doing is writing up love pieces on Meghan Markle and bashing the rest of the family, calling them all horrible nicknames (Petty Betty, the Do-Littles, etc.)

Along with her strange obession with Kate Middleton and her fondness for wearing outfits with buttons. They call themselves feminists but its only towards women they like any other something bad happens her and her 10 posters (Notasugar, Nic919, Andrew's Nemesis, Priscilla something, Jaded, etc.) are gleeful at bringing up the false rumor of Willis cheating on Kate. According to them Kate deserves every hate in the world because she was mean to their idol Meghan to the point of showing false concern that Kate Middleton might be anorexic.

Perhaps since it does not seem that Kaiser is leaving anytime soon people should contact the the advertisers that help pay their bills, no ad revenue no webiste. I wonder how their advertisers would feel their products being advertised on a site that promotes racist, bigoted and censored posts?

They treat women terribly on this site. Their is so much vicious bullying of any female celebrity that they decide doesn’t fit their “ideal.” Right now their main target is Kate Middleton, but I remember when it was Kristen Stewart who would get the most hate for literally breathing.
