This company have accepted an anytime fitness membership dispute for a child and are currently sending debt collection letters to a 16 year old who is t working and is in full time education!!
Apart from this going against English Law to harass a child in this way is totally unacceptable so oh yes we will be at court, and will be countersuing in fact I can’t wait!!

Utterly appalling company unfit for purpose - impossible to reach on the phone and they steadfastly refuse to answer emails or recorded delivery letters - they chased me for months and by sheer fluke I found out the creditor was the DWP who had overpaid me a trifling sum in 2018. I immediately repaid this and received a Government apology for the treatment I received at the hands of this shower. CCS should not be allowed to operate in this manner - they are currently under an investigation

SCAM, I only had a debt of around £150 yet they get involved and suddenly I apparently owe £450, they're an absolute scam and no company should use these thieves
Chasing Shadows!
They keep trying to contact me about an issue with HMRC which was resolved months ago (my accountant had messed up a payroll submission which was missing a zero for two months. Unfortunately a zero alone, not an extra zero on my income!). The issue had been rectified but I keep getting phone calls (automatically blocked by the Truecaller app) and messages saying they’ve sent me a letter but nothing ever shows up.
HMRC said “yes, they always do that, you can ignore them” they clearly seem intent on wasting their employees time chasing shadows rather than having up-to-date information (which I believe is a requirement in this industry!!)

Where do I begin..... I have paid twice to cancel my Vodafone contract and still receive demands from CCS Collect for outstanding bill. I actually had no idea I owed Vodafone anything until I started getting demands from CCS Collect. I've now handed the matter over to a firm of solicitors and contacted Financial Ombudsman Services.

It seems I'm not alone. Cancelled my Vodaphone account. They said they would send me a final bill. They never did. Instead I received a demand from CCSCollect (debt collectors) for the money owing plus a collection cost. I phoned Vodaphone, managed to speak to someone( that was not easy), and cleared my account.
Managed to speak to someone at CCSCollect after 30 minutes wait on the phone. They promised to check with Vodaphone and get back to me. That was over 6 weeks ago. No reply.
I've complained on their complaint system, all I get is an automatic response saying they are waiting for a reply from Vodaphone.
What a terrible way to treat people in this day and age. Both Companies are the pits. Surely there is some way to get these companies to behave decently?

I recieved a letter regarding a fixed penalty notice, 1st I spoke with a lovely gentleman Waseen who was helpful above and beyond, and felt he genuinely wanted to help me, which is so rare within this business, he then passed me to the support team, where I spoke to Brad who just continued the brilliant service, it's not their fault I got a PCN, but because of these guys, the penalty charge isn't going to keep awakewith worry, .. 1000 THANK YOU GUYS 😊

absolute shamles of a company. i've received multiple calls, texts, voicemails and emails from CCS chasing for a bill from vodafone. i'm more than happy to engage with them via email but every email i've sent, they've ignored. they're happy to send threatening communications to me but will not actually engage in a conversation with me, despite the fact that i've told them multiple times that i'm happy to pay the full amount. absolutely disgusting that they continue to threaten me, despite me informing them that i am currently recovering from having a tumour removed from my spine. it's a few hundred quid i owe to a company worth millions that don't pay tax. how do these people sleep at night?

Wow, I just read all the negative reviews on this company while I was on hold for 30 mins and when I finally got through it was just as everyone had stated. Very aggressive agent that I spoke to , not courteous at all.
I called to explain that I had sorted things with HMRC and was paying them and she then wanted me to provide personal info that I wasn’t happy to give over. All I asked is that they email HMRC to confirm I had set up a payment plan with them is she said that wasn’t the way they do things and if I don’t give over the information then my file would be kept open and they would continue to write and phone me. This company is disgusting, they should not be able to operate.

I keep getting letters and automated calls. When I get to the queue, after 40 minutes of waiting I have to hang up. Never get a call back from a human. I literally cannot get in touch and feel like being harassed by a bot. Ridicolous.

Average wait time is 8 minutes? Well on one occasion I was 1 in the queue for 45+ minutes, so they obviously weren't there. The next time I moved one position in 21 minutes. Their system doesn't even recognise their own reference number. This is who Companies House are paying to jerk us around. That's right, tax payers money.
**UPDATE** I chose the call me back without losing my place in the queue option & guess what!?!? Yeah, still waiting for that call the next day!
