I called up today regarding a letter received. Renee was very kind and understanding. She listened and agreed to put my account on hold while giving me instructions to follow. I feel at ease that she was understanding as we all know it can get very stressful with letters like this. I feel less anxious and stressed.

I have been on hold for longer than I have been speaking to anyone. I've been asked 2 questions and instead of hearing the full story, I've been put on hold after each answer.
After I was told that if I uploaded LPA they could assist me, but the second person I spoke to couldn't help!
When I asked to speak to a supervisor there wasn't one available.
Don't get your hopes up for a positive reply from anyone at CCS.

CCS keep contacting me about a Sky Bill. It’s for the wrong person. I’ve never even had Sky. Despite me phoning up and explaining that they are contacting the wrong person and being assured that they will update their records, the phone calls continue. Absolute disgrace.
Joke of a company
Was miss-informed several times by different service reps (I use that term sparingly) that have no idea what they are talking about. 2 weeks later after payment was made, the issue is still not resolved. CCS blaming Vodafone, Vodafone blaming CCS. Absolute shambles. Can't get through to CCS complaints on the phone either. Hope you don't have to deal with these clowns.

These people are paid to scare you, they have no power at all to enforce anything as illegal for them to approach you and demand any payment. Payment enforcement should be requested only by a tribunal so do not bother. They are scammers and usually work for other scammers, who else can request their service? Please do report this to the police if contacted by them as finally may shoot them

I have been sending emails and trying to get through since beginning of january to solve a problem. They don't answer emails wait ages on phone then have to leave number. When they dophone back end up putting the phone down. Dreadful service

This company keeps sending threatening letters about a debt that does not exist; I have never had a Tesco Mobile account and Tesco have no record of anything in my name. I suspect unethical practices and I am extremely suspicious of this company CCSCOLLECT
What on earth is wrong with some companies that just do not communicate or get things right
This collection company say they have trained operators to help with your repayment plan. Basically I owed Vodafone £17, and have already paid 2 instalments in a month (January 2024), with just £6 owing. I have rung them several times, and they assure me that the payment plan is in operation with 1 payment still to go.
They STILL keep ringing me, texting me, emailing me, saying that there is no repayment plan, and further action will be taken to return the debt to Vodafone who will then take more action (for £6). I even used the CCS Portal several times now to send messages to them and have even sent screenshots of my 2 payments already made. Just as well that someone THIS END is organised. I have included my CCS Payment Ref with this review as proof at the bottom of the review form. Without using any choice language, what on earth is wrong with some companies these days (I say some, only), as these people at CCS just cannot be bothered reading emails, CCS Portal messages or making note of phone calls sent to them.
By the way, (and this is another story), the reason I owed Vodafone £17, is because my account with them ended after a successful 36 months, and I could not pay the final £17, because the account no longer existed and it was impossible to log into my account to pay the final payment, but try telling Vodafone or CCS Collect that ! Another example of, after all these years, people who can't get things right.
Unethical business practice
Sent me a text message regarding an alleged debt owed too HMRC so i called them as this is worrying when you know you dont I called them and they said no you dont owe them anything but we want to talk to you about another alleged debt absolutely abysmal business practice and i will be complaining too the FCA and HMRC about this disgusting practice
Communication Neglect...
I've been attempting to reach this company on several occasions, but my experience with their customer service has been far from satisfactory. The main issue lies in the unresponsiveness to both phone calls and messages.
Despite my numerous attempts to contact them by phone, no one answered, and I can't afford to wait indefinitely. Additionally, I sent four separate messages through their portal and none of which received a response.
After finally getting through after a substantial 20+ minute wait, I questioned the lack of response to my portal messages. To my surprise, they claimed not to have received them, despite my having proof through the "send me a copy" option. This inconsistency is frustrating, to say the least.
What adds to the frustration is the audacity of receiving letters stating that I haven't responded to their messages when, in reality, it is them who have failed to respond to my concerns. Such a level of miscommunication and unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable.

AWFUL COMPANY
These people are clearly not trained correctly, they sound god awful over the phone, I guess that’s what happens when you pay people 20k a year…. If they send you a letter make a complaint and take them to the Finanical Ombudsman and they will have to pay a £750 fee everytime someone goes to the financial ombudsman.
The next time you contact me and I ask you to remove my details make sure you report it to your client as that is a breach and I will be taking this to TDX group to make them aware with all the proof, let the fun and games begin 😊
