CCL is a good company with excellent products at a reasonable price. I had a packaging problem with a recent caviar delivery which had to be replaced. The replacement shipment was handled promptly and professionally. Full marks to CCL

Great customer support and caviar
Great customer support from Caviar Classic via Edward! I had a quality issue and it was immediately looked into and as a goodwill a replacement was sent very quickly and all communication handled with excellent and professional quality. Their caviar is of great quality and very competitively priced! After a few orders I can safely say I will come back many more times

What a lovely company to deal with. I had an email query answered very swiftly and a follow up to see if everything was as expected. Caviar arrived within 48 hours and was exceptionally well packaged. A first time tasting (as a special gift) for our son…sadly he seems to have developed a taste for this extravagance. I expect for the next special gift we will be persuaded to purchase from Caviar Classic once again.
