Hi.. Until now i didnt recieve my money i applied it yesterday and until now under verification.. Do i have any chance to have my request??

Criminal company, who fail to adhere to affordability rules, hound people l, inflicting mental and financial illness on victims.
They also fail to honour agreements and outcomes of their own investigations.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This awful company has gone into administration so if your owed any money by them you have no chance of seeing it!

So I've paid my loan off in full and was emailed to say I was owed £116 for over payments, they asked for my bank details to process the refund then nothing.....no response to emails. The phone number doesn't seem to work anymore to get through to them, their website doesn't work......any ideas anyone please..

I have had 2 loans with this company. Great the first time. First paid off and took a 2nd. Terrible company to work with- my circumstances have changed so I asked for a reduced payment each week to pay it back. They bluntly refused and said I have a disposable income that would cover the payments. This would put me in more financial distress to make ends meet to the next week.

An all round excellent company. I’d highly recommend to anyone that needs help. Customer service is always consistent and good. No messing about at all. Definitely use again if I need them

Was told I would be getting some compensation of £2664.26 for them to tell me it will deposited within 10 days. Strange and unacceptable because if I as a customer fall behind by even 1 day they are very fast to slap on interest and start calling asking when I will make payment and threaten legal action. They are also fast to notify credit reference agencies that I missed payments.

How do these companies get away with double standards.

Several emails sent and phone calls made. Shocking company stay away from double standards company.

They are that bad they can't even get their website updated properly. Saying they are open till 1530 today but when you call the number voicemail says offices are closed. What a joke.

Had a email from the company today stating their website says open Monday to Friday however I've just looked again and still no change there showing as open 7 days week. They further say payment is usually between 5 and 10 work days usually this is sooner. I'm going by their advertised opening hours taking away the last Monday bank holiday. I'm now 5 days still waiting for my payment. Nothing. I have taken a picture of Google search showing their advertised opening times and have emailed them this.

applied Thursday got accepted waited till Tuesday for an email to tell me am declined better company's out there that give you instant decision and money

Very helpful staff answer very politely. Cash4unow is a really reliable lender no nonsense and rates are good other lenders charge lots of interest and cash4unow is reasonable. Just repaid loan early, very simple process, friendly and helpful when I called.

Joke of a company they send you information that they need to speak to me them show the opening hours and there not open at that time they are a complete amd utter waste of time AVOID AT ALL COSTS go somewhere else

Awful company.
Applied for a £300 loan, was approved in principle, jumped through numerous hoops, so many emails and phone calls, extra security checks, questions on what I was spending my money on, what the cred on my accounts were for, answered everything, was told everything was fine, only then to be ignored ever since, as soon as they got access to my bank account. Not even aan email to say no. Went elsewhere and got my money in under an hour, avoid these useless people.

Excellent service and exceptional customer service definitely use them again

Pretty poor service to be fair, I applied for a loan, got accepted in principle, said to input the codes I had been sent, over an hour later, still no codes. Finally got them, put them in, got approved a 2nd time, then got an email saying they just need to confirm the security code on my card, rang up, did that, lady said all was fine, 24 hours later and still not heard anything. The next day, I had another email saying its approved in principle, but they need yet more information, so I phone up, have to wait on hold for ages, I confirm all the finance questions they were asking, outgoing payments etc, lady again said ok that's fine, then yet another email, this time asking for access to my bank account to analyse my financial data, what a load of rubbish, why not save me 10 phone calls and just do the bank check 1st. all this fuss for a £200 loan, I already went elsewhere and got £300 in 15 minutes, stay clear of these clowns.
24 HRS AFTER GIVING ACCESS TO MY BANK ACCOUNT, STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING. SHAMBLES
Edit: today is June 19th, still not heard anything, I think I may not be getting that call back haha.
