Very kind and helpful staff but the waiting time is way too long i waited for 1 hour for a 10 minute discussion about my policy. Other than that, really good customer service.

I feel my feedback is in two parts, firstly customer service are holding this place up and Joseph was lovely and very helpful. Efficient, understanding and to the point. For that it is five stars.

Unfortunately the insurance itself was beyond expensive which may have been worth it accept the box itself, mileage restrictions and installation time frame are intense. When a massively cheaper quote came in it made sense to cancel.

Just got insured with carrot, much cheaper than any other insurers at my age and experience, I didn’t catch the man’s name on the phone but he was extremely helpful and clear with what the policy entailed, what I could expect from it and all the details, give that man a pay rise, northerners really are sound people

To begin with I had a bad experience with the above insurance company however a chap called Brian restored my faith! Very helpful kind and considerate. They are after all just doing their job and trying their best to help and explain when things go wrong. Nice to speak to a human rather than a robot…quick to action. Thanks for helping me Brian! if i could give negative starts i would, the worst to deal with out of any provide STAY AWAY!! hidden costs for cancellation and for actually driving, most sensitive black box was doing 34 in a 30 and they emailed me and staff are rude and obnoxious.

Had struggle uploading a confirmation picture of my blackbox to my better driver by Carrot app. Joanne was kind enough help with this while being very patient and respectful in her approach. Amazing experience.
