One of the worst experiences ever!
Imagine the worst experience you can have buying a property... this is it.
Unhelpfulness, lies and above all lies and more lies!

You can’t make this up.Carringtons actually rang up the electric company we were with after we left the property and gave them a false meter reading.Is that fraud .

I have made a formal complaint using The Ombudsman Services as my complaint did not get resolved through their "Complaint procedure."

They're liar and that's it. I do not recommend Carringtons in Kingston upon Thames. in the beginning it was ok until we started to make a mushroom at home. The agent said it was because we live. They had graciously cleaned the walls, but the fungus was still standing. The agency only wanted money for pensions and that was it. The owner canceled our contract a year before the contract and the agency promised to help us look for a new apartment. Samantha Hill, who was our agent, lied to us because she did not intend to help us in anything and only wanted us to move out. Until the very end, you could not count on them. In the end, Samantha had no mould in the house. At the end, Samantha booked an inventory for which she did not send anyone and did not deign to inform us. I don't like this Lady or this agency. They don't want to help the tenants, they just lie and do nothing.

Really not impressed. We had very little time to find somewhere to live n they sent property details that were way out of our budget by about £350! If they can't follow a simple instruction like that it's a bit of a lost case really. Someone called Jaden I believe from Kingston hill bench just sent one way above our affordability n it's incredibly frustrating and quite frankly, not professional.

Luckily we have now found a property but im just fed up with the amount of estate agents in general can't seem to be bothered to look up what the client needs before emailing. Our tenancy is up on June 1st. Ha we not found somewhere, this would have been another huge waste of important time.

Carrington's, get a grip and please do a better job for other stressed tenants looking for a home during these difficult times.

Never take serious their appointments, they can cancel the viewing just 20 minutes to the appointment time. Totally time wasters.

I listed my property with Carringtons which proved to be a massive mistake. They convinced me my house was worth much more than it was and more than every other agents valuation. Not only that the agent promised he would buy the house himself after 3 weeks at an inflated price if it hadn’t sold. During my time with them they got 2 people through the door, there was no open house that they originally promised as there wasn’t enough interest due to the extortionate price tag and they wouldn’t take any of my calls. Communication was zero. The agent who promised to buy the house from me all but disappeared off the face of the earth. I have since withdrawn the property and will never use Carringtons again.

I have known Carringtons Property for several months now. Frances has always been a pleasure to work with, she's been very polite, very friendly and above all, she knows what she is doing. She always has a solution, be it lettings, sales or management and I have found her to the point, very reasonable and generally an excellent super human being with lots of love towards her passion

I must also admit that Frances and the whole team has been a complete immense pleasure, a great estate agency you can always count on for all your real estate needs.

I am planning to buy a new house and Carringtons are the estate agents I am going to count on for my purchase.

If you are a potential tenant, landlord or own a few properties, you should start and finish with Frances and Carringtons - You will love your experience as much as I love my experience.
