We had had our carpet measured and went into the West Wickham store to look at samples to order a carpet. Laura looked after us incredibly well, she was extremely professional, friendly and accessible and it was clear she was extremely knowledgeable. She made the whole experience a pleasure.

The saleslady in your West Wickham was very helpful. She had a lot of knowledge about the product I was interested in and encouraged me to try several beds paying particular attention to the height of the bed as I am quite short and also to the feel of the mattress. Excellent customer service.

During our visit the sales assistant (Laura) let us know that she was there to help if needed but left us to browse through the carpets in peace. Once we'd narrowed our choice down to 2 options she was really helpful in making our choice. Pacing our order and arranging fitting was also very straightforward with Laura's help.

Had an awful experience with Carpetright West Wickham! Went in yesterday to choose my carpet and only one staff member in, her name was Tracey! I waited patiently as she with another customer. No one else in the store! From the minute she started talking to me, I felt wow! What a poor attitude! She was unfriendly! Not welcoming at all. Found her very unhelpful! I did point this out to her and she started complaining that I had ruined her day! Needless to say, carpetright did not get my business that day. I chose to buy my carpets with Tapi! What a difference! The staff there were great! Just what you’d expect when spending a lot of money let’s face it! Will never shop at carpet right! That woman needs customer service training for sure!! If I could have left no stars then I would have done so.

Good choice of beds. Tracey, the very helpful Assistant, explained about the beds we were looking at. We decided on the one we wanted and Tracey told us about the very good offer if we spent over a £1000.00. So we decided to buy the headboard too. My fault as had a problem with the finance, but, Tracey and her Manager sorted it out for us the next day. Very helpful and friendly staff - top marks.

I came in to buy a double bed your staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the beds that you sold they spent a lot of time with me letting me try the beds out and helped me to choose my perfect bed they never hurried me and made sure I was happy with my purchase. A truly pleasant experience very lovely staff.
