Ben and Keith did an excellent job fitting my carpets, in spite of having been given some incorrect information by the surveyor. They were helpful, friendly, had sensible ideas about how to get round a few difficulties and worked hard all day. Great carpet fitters.

I found my experience with carpetright quick and easy after I had made my choice of carpet for my lounge, hall and bedroom. From start to finishing laying carpet in a week is very good service .

We were looking for quality flooring for our new kitchen and George from Customer Service was extremely helpful offering sound advice about the product, without trying to oversell. He couldn’t have been more helpful and his colleague was the same.

Great experience overall. Darren in the store was really friendly and helpful, helping us to understand what carpet would be best for us. Sara who came to measure was really friendly too, was able to answer our questions. Clearly both staff members very knowledgeable and very keen to provide the best possible service.

Really good service instore , booked appointment online, very easy, great communication from staff, quick response and great customer service so far.
