Very helpful
Very helpful. Staff friendly. Good communication. Turned up on time. No pressure to choose colour or sample. Allowed as many samples as needed to be sent before decision. Not too bad a price either (thought it be more)

Good service but unwelcome fees
Not being hassled in store while browsing. Assistance readily available when required. Wide choice in product ranges. Courteous and knowledgeable staff member. Rough quotes supplied when requested. Final ordering speedy and efficient.
Downside: internet ordering of samples impossible, your site lists our address incorrectly and wouldn't be persuaded to alter it. Unforeseen add-ons to the tune of almost £60 in Admin and other fees.

The sales staff girl did not explain all the extras which were not shown when we visited store, delivery and packing were added after, charge for fitter admin, will not use store again

Very welcoming friendly and helpful the guy who booked my carpet to be fitted is a personal favourite he booked my previous wooden flooring and is always very professional when doing so, so whenever coming into the store I’ll book my fittings with him because he just keeps you constantly updated doesn’t pressure you to buy there and then
