Customer service was excellent. Michael took time to make sure that we had everything that we needed.

We were advised by a lovely man called Michael. He showed us what choices of carpet we could go for in our caravan. Michael was very knowledgeable, very polite. Michael gave us a quote and also arranged for Samantha to do a visit to measure up. We were very pleased with Samantha very polite and we had a lovely chat with her. I can certainly recommend you see Michael, and Samantha both very good members of the team

The staff were just amazing and went above and beyond to source and sort carpet and fitter to be fitted in our new home. We are moving three hours away and the girls liaised with the nearest branch to get the carpet fitting arranged for the day we move in. Brilliant customer service. It started with the wrong fitting date then progressed to the correct date I was told the installation would take 2 days, 7 days later and we had the worst installation of a floor I’ve ever seen, the subfloor that they installed was so bumpy that you can not only feel it but also see it, they agreed to replace it this time in 2 days but have since disappeared off the face of the earth.
Worst experience of my life o and the branch manager told me she doesn’t know anything about installing flooring

Was given one price for carpet then when I had paid and had printed statement the price was higher!! Was not told at any stage that I would be charged hidden extras!! When confronting sales person all he could say oh I shouldn't of given the price! Totally disgusted that he still could not give me an explanation as to why I was not told about the service charge for admin or the best price package of £39.99! This should all be explained at time of sale before requesting payment! I can oy assu.e I was not informed correctly because I wouldn't off paid these hidden extras. £39.99 for taking rubbish away I think is dreadful! It was a very small room wth hardly any rubbish! Will not use them again or recommend them

I ordered some carpet and when the fitters came to lay it, it was too small. The company accepted my mistake with the measurements and adjusted my order without question.
