I thought it was just me but apparently they are indeed a rip off and refund takes forever!!

Assisted by a friendly and helpful team at Kittybrewster. Managed to organise a fitting at short notice when I was let down by another Company

Found that the staff at Kittybrewster very polite and highly professional. They are a credit to Carpetright.

ordered laminated flooring with underlay and trim decided to collect to save delivery charge collected laminate from shop told to travel else where to collect the trim un believable. One week later went back for another pack of laminate and roll of underlay got the laminate from shop and told to travel again for the underlay went to pay cash can not do that card only paid by card can not get a receipt printer not working will phone warehouse to let them know you are coming eventualy got there man at warehouse asks for receipt do not have one shop said they would phone .No one has phoned here after a long conversation persuaded him to give us the underlay .Now once this flooring is layed will be putting in a new stair carpet and i wiil in no way be buying from this company do not buy here unless you like driving from one end of town to the other to get your order complete do not know what happens if you only deal in cash

The assistant who helped me was very friendly &, well, helpful. I was in need of 2 large rugs &, after checking with other branches, found a second one for me. And arranged for both to be delivered to my address. So, it all got resolved/worked out to my satisfaction.

Appalling. No emails or communication. Orders messed up. No carpet to the length we need however they take the order. Take the payment. I call and email constantly and nobody responds. Emily and Rory at Reigate branch are unhelpful. I hope that nobody uses this company.
