Car Paint Wizard Bewertungen

I placed an order 8 elapsed days ago...order acceptance received but absolutely nothing since. I have sent two polite enquiries via the 'Contact Form' and left a voice message on their answerphone. I've used these guys before with no issues whatsoever and I'm not the sort of person who leaps up and down at the first sign of a delay but honestly, the communications between business and customer needs looking at...immediately!

Quick response great match for my car . Thank you Bryan

I have used Car Paint Wizard a number of times and they make it easy to order touch up paint that exactly matches the vehicle you are using the paint on. Very pleased with all the results to date.

Not the first time I buy from you. Always spot on as usual.

Dealt with them before, colour is a great match, touch-up sticks very good, and service excellent

Great service. Product ordered Sunday, delivered the following Tuesday. The kit including primer, was good value when compared to the cost of the paint and clear coat at the main dealership

Great little kit, with everything you need to make a good job of touching up chips and scrapes. Well worth reading the instructions carefully and setting aside enough time to do a decent job.
Minor warning: if using the brushes built into the pots, make sure you've not shaken them enough to create lots of bubbles.

Ethan could not have been more helpful. The company deserves a five star rating. Exellent product. Exellent service.

Very good service and very pleased with the product. It matched my car perfectly

The product I ordered arrived on time. So did someone else's order. I reported this via their online form: received no response

Quick delivery time and good product. Perfect match and excellent value 20 ml bottles and the wands are brilliant! I’m a happy customer!

Reasonable price paint ,excellent customer service .More than happy with the paint matches.

Good guidance through the process. Easy to locate the paint I wanted.
Pretty good delivery in a couple of days.

Top tip: buy the fine brush as well, makes the job much easier.

Just a good service. They raised a query on my order and recommended a solution. All done very efficiently.

Exactly the correct paint shade for my land rover, delivered quickly.

Ordered and paid over £5 for first class delivery, waited two days but still never received confirmation of dispatch so I sent an email gave them 24h to respond but never heard anything back so contacted PayPal for a refund.

When ordered (on 20th September 2025) my expectation was delivery in 2-3 days. Not before 12 days had passed, and I had contacted Car Paint Wizard several times, was I informed the company was unable to meet the order at this time. Order cancelled and money refunded.

Good product delivered on time as stated.

Delivery was quick however, I sent a question asking for help using the paint with an airbrush gun twice! And got no reply each time so I am now left with paint that I can't use and have had the purchase the paint again from another supplier who is willing to guide me on how to use the paint with an airbrush. The paint has no list of ingredients so I was unable to figure out what thinner I needed to use without knowing what base the paint was. I relied on paint wizard for this information which they didn't want to inform me of, very disappointed.
