I was happy when my Carousel check order arrived.... until I realized I had neglected to fill in the address and phone section for them. Upon calling the company, the helpful customer service person reordered the checks, this time made out correctly. The only expense was for shipping the 4 boxes. I happily give this company 5 stars!

Easy ordering and prompt delivery

I paid for a rush order and expedited shipping, but 2 days later there were no order updates and no communication from the company. I had to call them and was told that my order had been flagged for verification and that they would send me an email with a request to verify my address. They also said their team has many orders, which is understandable, but why offer a rush fee if such service is non-existent? So, they didn't bother to let me know about this until I called. I asked to cancel the order and will never do business with this company again.

I would avoid this company like the plague. I've dealt with them twice, the first order was a week late arriving and when it did it was the wrong product, the second order did not arrive and they told me it was lost in transit and that I would receive a refund but that is a long time arriving in my account.

My city, state, and zipcode was left off checks. I never had this problem when ordering checks. How will Carousel correct this problem?

I found the whole experience easy and fun. The directions were simple to follow. Plenty of , NON confusing , prompts that lead me in the right direction. Easy to edit. I will use them again !
Two side notes # 1 - I spelled one word wrong and I guess they don't spell check . ( My fault )
# 2 - The picture should be pastel or faded as to allow easy reading of the checks. I thought they would check for that. Just a suggestion !
WHY NOT ADVERTISE YOU ON YOUR CHECKS INSTEAD OF YOUR BANK ! IT JUST MAKES SENSE !

It was easy to order and I was able to order only 25 checks which is more than enough for me. The price was right also.

Almost need instructions to figure out how to assemble the "box" that is not yet a box, but a piece of paper board that can be assembled into a box.
