SCAM!!!!! Literally awful…. I could have sewn better and I can’t sew!

AWFUL . Do not buy here. RIP OFF ARTISTS I purchased mats for my Mercedes SL. The quality is exceedingly poor and the mats absolutely positively do not fit my car. Instead of taking the mats in return they have requested photographs the demonstrate that the mats do not fit properly and instead of processing a refund, they simply argue with me that the mats are fine. Total rip off! Be wary!

What a Compete Scam this place is. They sent half an order, when I asked where the rest was they kept telling me the manufacturer was backed up. After inquiring multiple times they just stopped responding and kept all of my money for an order that was never fulfilled.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! What you will receive in the mail is absolutely nothing like the pictures on their website. And you can forget about getting any sort of response or help from them. I wasted $300 dollars! I ordered a mat for the cargo space in my Lexus GX550. What I received was 8 individual pieces and a ziploc bag with 6 double sided pieces of tape. No instructions. No explanations. Just a stupid puzzle that doesn’t fit, doesn’t look like the picture on their website and doesn’t work at all!! Junk!

These are not at all what I thought I was buying. I was expecting a fit that is specific to my honda pilot. On the website, I selected my car, the year, and the correct trim. $289 later- These don't allow access to the console with the cup holders and arm rest or seat belt buckles. They don't cover the whole seat, and they hang off the head rest in limbo because it doesn't fit appropriately.
Very unhappy with our purchase.

I waited like a kid at Christmas in anticipation for the arrival of the seat covers for my '26 STX.
They FINALLY arrived, and I must say I cannot be any more disappointed.
The stitching has loose end strings everywhere and the quality is a joke.
I put one front seat on and I feel like a garbage bag would fit just as good. These will NOT go in my new truck!!
I knew better than to order a non returnable product and strongly advise anyone looking at these to go elsewhere.
I usually read reviews but my hurry to get covers got in the way.

Do not buy here. My rear mats don't fit. After agriing with me, they asked me to measure them! I refused. They sent me the 2nd set for the back months later. They do not fit again. They argued with me again about the fit. Outrageous. Offered me $27 back and then $47 after arguing more. I am going to have to dispute with the bank.

Site was easy to navigate and see options and pick for specific vehicle. Good communication through shipping process. Fit is great. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on them already. Classy look and feel.

Ordered car mats for Audi Q3. They look and fit great. My concern was that they would look cheap and out of place in the interior but on the contrary they elevated the aesthetic.

The mats, direct from China, were of low quality, a poor fit, and interfered with the accelerator pedal, making them unsafe.
This Danish company required evidence of return (which cost me over £20) and then tried to persuade me to accept a replacement rather than a refund. I got my money back after initiating a chargeback on my credit card.
Today I received the package back from the Post Office; it had been to Denmark but the address turned out to be a PO Box and the company hadn't claimed it. In fact, the return package had a charge label on it (though I didn't have to pay).
Clearly they are aware what awful quality these mats are! Or they're just a shop window for the Chinese company that makes these cheap mats.

This is a SCAM. Their product is not "Signature Luxury Leather" as THEY claim, rather, someCHEAP VEGAN plastic. They operating some sham business out of New Jersey not Denmark. If the original seat covers that CAR MATS CUSTOMS forwarded to me cost them more than $5.00, I WOULD BE SURPRISED. THIS IS SOME CHEAP BULK ORDER FROM CHINA, NOT A LUXURY CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was super excited when I received my seat covers for my 2016 GMC Terrain. They look fantastic. Installation was a task. The instructions on the website aren't particularly helpful. The center pieces for the backseat are about 6-8 inches too big. There isn't a good way to attach the covers to the rear seat. Kinda struggled with the front seats as well. Elastic straps could be an inch or two longer. The plastic clips provided are kinda flimsy and take some thought as figuring out how they work. Installation took me about 2 hours. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Car mats customs is spot on with there way they produce the floor mats and the fit is perfect.I have a 2016 AUDI A7 and the coffee colored mats make it look more luxurious.Very happy with the shipment time and product overall. 👍

DO NOT…I repeat DO NOT order from this awful company! They send you mats that don’t fit properly and then won’t get back with you when you start questioning! This place will rip you off. They need to be shut down!!

Received mats that were not made for my car.They told me to send pictures. I sent the pictures that showed they did not fit my car.Never responded to my emails again.This is a scam company.Try one of the other companies. I don't know if they are legit. But I know Car Mats Customs will take your money and send you mats that do not fit your car.
