Car mats were nothing like what we're represented on the website. Similar to what other reviews are stating, this company relies on the customer not willing to spend international return postage to return the mats. Obviously these incurred fees (which the customer should not be responsible for givin the mats were incorrectly made) would amount to more money than the mats themselves. Steer clear of this company regardless of how the website appears and regardless of the "reviews" posted on their own site. Total scam.

Despite the provided color code, year, make, and model, mats were not even close to fitting my vehicle and were far off the correct color. This company is fraudulent and makes their money counting on people not sending the mats back due to international charges and keeping a 35% restock fee. These mats are not custom and the company is a fraud.

I wrote it with a review a little while ago. Obviously it didn’t help the situation. I purchased these car mats back in April. I paid an extra $35 for express delivery. The mats were over a week late. Not only were they over a week late, but the mats didn’t even come close to fitting in my car. I tried it over and over for two days couldn’t figure it out and it was definitely not made to specifics that I sent them so I contact them via email because they will not give you their phone number. I kept asking their phone number on email, but they would not give it to me so I let them know that they didn’t fit and then I put them back in the package and I’m ready to ship them back. They actually made me take them out the package and mind you. I have a prosthetic and hard for me to walk and I had to go film how they didn’t fit and take pictures of how they didn’t fit anyhow I did that too. Then I went to the post office to mail them back. The post office charge me $165 not only that but I never got my $35 back for the incorrectly done floor mats took way too long to come in so really I paid $294 originally , and they charged me a restocking fee for a huge mistake that they made so I don’t understand that. Why would I have to pay a restocking fee when the match were done incorrectly from them??? I explain this to them and they didn’t seem to care about it at all All in all I spent $294 on the original mats again they were done correctly. I had to pay an extra $165 to send it back. Plus, $90 for restocking fee. So basically I almost paid $500 and I still don’t have my mats. I’ve never met a company that will not back up their product or their work. They are very difficult to deal with so many times I would email them and not hear from them for a week or so. The mats were mailed to them. They didn’t claim the mats they sent them back to Westerly so where is the wise restocking fee still being charged if I have the mats that they did incorrectly they rejected them when I sent them back the least they could’ve did is not made me mail them back and save me $165 Folks to be aware of this company where you have a chance and getting your money back when they totally screw up the job

It’s a fraud company. They take your money and never send shipment. It’s a nightmare situation. They are a scam. Jane will scam you out of everything. Fed ex can’t do anything unless they file a claim to a package that was never received. They refuse to file and take your money and never respond to any messages with actual feedback for solutions.

The car mats look good but the fit is poor. They slide all over and are a safety hazard. The drivers side mat bulges out and creates a snag for your peddle foot. Sometimes my foot was hard to get off the gas peddle to hit the brake.

These "custom" mats didn't come close to fitting. I don't know if they sent mats for another SUV or are just this inaccurate. In several spots nearly a foot of material would need to be removed. In other spots seat frame cutouts would have to be moved to make it fit. Their solution? Force me to wait LONGER and make ME pay for return shipping so they could make revisions to the mess they sent me. When I finally gave up on their horrible service and product and asked for a refund they said I'd have to pay for international return shipping AND a restocking fee of 35% for their mistake.
Not a business I'd recommend to my worst enemy!

I've been challenging this company for about a year to get them accountable for the terrible mats that they sent me. They were advertised as "luxury" and "custom". See my previous 6 or 7 reviews. I have not been nice with them at all because they tried to scam me. After many exchanges, lots of determination and research, I finally found an advocate and finally was reimbursed for the full amount yesterday. Try contacting the Danish government. I was reimbursed very quickly after complaining to the Danish Parliamentary Ombudsman and the Danish Consumer Ombudsman.

Horrible toxic off gassing smell for months, and still going... This is proven to be toxic to your nervous system. Gave my daughter headaches. This product is crap. Doesn't even fit properly. Never ever purchase this.

Same as results from previous posters. Ordered custom mats for Lotus Evora. They arrived and weren't even remotely close to fitting. Several feigned attempts at customer service only to have them go dark. Said I have to return on my dime AND pay restocking fee. Told them I'll be reporting to credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR FOR ANYTHING (unless you're a glutton for punishment).

I purchased a floor mat for my Alfa Romeo Giulia and was dissatisfied with the fit, build quality, and color, which did not match what I had ordered. Despite multiple email exchanges, the seller refused to accept a return. I escalated the issue to PayPal, and they finally agreed to a return but required me to send the mats back to an address in Europe at my expense. I requested a US return address, given that I made the purchase in the USA, but they did not accommodate my request. Unfortunately, PayPal was able to assist me further. Wanting to avoid losing hundreds of dollars on international shipping, I further escalated the matter to my credit card company, Chase Bank, which ultimately resolved the situation.

To prevent such issues in the future, it is advisable to obtain email confirmation of the return address before placing an order.

Do NOT do Business with this "Company" ... My Order was 2 front mats, The rear and a "Cargo Mat" well, as simple as this sounds they charged me for the 4 and sent 3 so I received the front 2 oversized mats and the rear which basically covers the vents under the seats so It's a NO-GO for ever doing business with this Company again:( I tried to reach-out to customer service that it was NOT a "Complete order" that was sent only to be lied too and multiple texts saying that it was escalated to upper management which if were the case, I was completely blown out! I asked for a Refund for that "Cargo Mat" that I was missing (GOT 0) and It is My understanding that Customer service can't make decisions and NO phone to call, won't call back! Can't even get a supervisor to talk or E-mail to...This was a very Frustrating experience with mats that Do NOT fit and one that is missing from my one and only Initial order...Never Again, SHOP for Mats somewhere else, Trust Me:( Sadly Btw:they said they would Investigate this Well "weeks have gone by" and NO response as to my dilemma, PISSED:( Mats come with no holes and no tabs so they just flop in the heat seriously do NOT bother!!! Wrote this a month after the initial email and received many emails saying NOTHING but "word salad" Sadly:(

My order was attempted to be delivered at a wrong address. FedEx returned it to the shipper. This company doesn't have any contact number to call. You will have to contact them via e-mail and the response time is 48hrs. They keep replying that they will update me soon and refuse to address my concern. I have sent screen shots and proof of not receiving the item and that item was delivered back to shipper. They still ignore it and didn't provide any refund. My money was wasted for nothing.

Total Fraud. Shipped me non-conforming mats for my car, and now won't take a return without a 35% restock fee. ON THEIR DEFECT!

I email them every day with copy of receipt still wont send correct mats, the are scamming people every day.

DO NOT USE. This place is 100% fraudulent. Had the exact same experience as the rest of the 1 star reviews. Ordered mats for 2021 Expedition in December 2023. After a month, I got a bag from China post with mats that were the right color but not a single one fit...also had no receipt/instructions/adhesive material to fasten. After back and forth with what seemed like a bot, they said to keep the mats and they were gong to send me new ones. That was 2 months ago.

From best I can tell, they send rejected mats from another supplier and then string you along with fake customer support long enough that you can't easily report/decline on your credit card.

Received mats for my 2003 Cobra. Mats do not fit. Jane with CMC strung me along for three weeks saying designer was going to rectify. Bots on business end. Terrible product and company.

We ordered mats for a brand-new Genesis GV80 eight months ago and tried to install them. They did not fit at all, and the wheel wells were completely wrong. We have spent the last six months trying to get car mats to replace the mats. The company kept stringing us along. They insisted on taking multiple pictures and kept on saying that we were installing the mats incorrectly. Finally, they said that their designer was going to fix the design and ship our new mats.

Today, they replied with an email and stated that the designer had changed their mind and there would be no repair or fixing of the matt.

The option they provided us was to ship the mats back at our expense with a 35% restocking fee, and they would not accept the product unless it was received in the original packaging.

Hi, I ordered mats for my 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis. I received my mats. On March 6, 2024 To be custom made Nothing was Right! The two front mat didn't look nothing like the diagram presented in their ads. I was giving Velcro no tabs. The Diagram for the back set was way off. Nothing was Custom Made. They Don't Deserve A Star. Pure RIPOFF! (Garbage) Mats Was Poorly Made. (Please Don't Purchase!) email me if you want to see photo of Mats.
