Within minutes of registering, I received a call to discuss my parent's specific needs and the type of care home we were looking for. Shortly after, I received a few follow-up options, and the very first one was exactly what we needed. The service was highly professional, incredibly quick, and made finding a great local care home completely straightforward

Ellie made a very difficult situation much easier, she was very kind and understanding and by listening to me and asking the right questions she came up with a shortlist of nursing homes, she made the initial contact with the homes and put them in touch with me if they had availability. This certainly cut down all the legwork.
