Don't be late to the webinar - You'll miss out on good stuff!
I had a last minute meeting and was late to the webinar session. I missed out a good amount and while I was able to get the files and follow-through to the end, I missed out a great opportunity to follow-along with the instructor. Not sure if a recording would be shared - I didn't get a chance to see it. I would love to see how HR related data can be cleaned up and organized.

We always strive to get 5 stars so we're sorry to hear the webinar wasn't up to that standard. To address your points, we waited around 5 minutes after our start time to make sure we could accomodate for anyone coming late. The webinar was then recorded and shared via email for 24h so anyone could see it in case they were late. We also provided the start and end file for reference.
We apologie if this didn't meet your standards.
