We were recommended to Care Genius in June 2025 by a family friend when my mum became unable to do some activities of daily living by herself.
The carers are very professional, the kindness, compassion and thoughtfulness shown to my mum has been outstanding. They are very punctual and have adapted to changes in her care as required, and are very helpful. They have also built a good relationship with my mum and she always looks forward to their visit.
Communication with administrative staff is very good as it is very easy to contact them.
I am genuinely impressed with the care provided by this care agency, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to other clients.

Total scam with deceptive practices. A person named Sara sends an SMS persuading you to pay for a discounted course. You receive the course after a month, but there’s no mention of an additional exam fee. When you go to book the exam, you end up paying a significant amount. Avoid Career Genius—they don’t respond to messages, and they don’t send emails.

Complete scam, posts ads on cv library and indeed. When you apply to one of their roles they'll text you claiming to be "sarah" and tell that you need to do a course and they will then "source a job within 6-12weeks after completion". They take your money and say to wait 5 days but don't send the course content and refuse refunds.
£160 taken which was able to be got back through the bank once reported as fraud.
