I went to your card factory shop in east grinstead today and was disgusted to hear the way a member of staff spoke to her team leader in front of me and other member of the public. Surely the manage of this shop should address this problem.

Horrible place to work. Managers clock you out of shifts to save their store money. Even tho it is low paid and low hours so barely surviving as it is. HR didn’t seem to care despite it happening to several staff members.

Some staff are favourably looked at and can steal higher value items such as boxes of Pokémon cards. Even though there is a waiting list for customers to buy them. With nothing said about the theft despite multiple team members raising this to the manager.

Others get constantly moaned at for having the audacity to take their breaks they are entitled to.

When this was raised to HR I was just told to ‘prove it’ but no attempt to investigate but I can’t do anything as it’s the store manager so they can cover their tracks.

Stay clear and work anywhere else.

I would like to give HUGE thanks to card factory staff in Crosshands. From the manager who was an absolute professional from beginning to end of my party balloons, booking to collection. THANK YOU. Also may I add the other staff members I had contact with were also very kind and accommodating. You made a 60th party girl feel very special.

Lovely staff members in the Boscombe store, had some nice bits on sale too.

Amazing staff in the stoke card shop they was so bubbly and polite the ladies was such a good help and I was able to get some gifts and matching cards for my nephew birthday which he absolutely loves..

Visited the stoke store on church Street today and I was unsure what balloons to purchase for my mother's birthday party and the lady lynsey was really helpful! She had so much patience with me and really helped me out alot..

I searched for 100th Birthday card on your website but will not let me do it. It would not even let me check the range and availability at New Malden,Surrey branch.What is the point of having a website? I have always bought my cards from this branch. Only card for male person but for female person you had to make up with stickers attached inside the card

I tried to order click and collect from my local store but it does nt do click and collect for the item I wanted, I then went into the store but there were none of the balloons that I needed there, to order online it was going to take 5-10 working days for them to arrive at 2nd class @£5.99 1st class was only a day earlier @£6.99
I then had to order off Amazon and then take them up to the store to have them inflated which cost £1.95 per balloon. What a load of faff!!was fuming and did nt get the amount if balloons I needed because of the cost. The staff were very nice and polite considering I was not happy!!

Just a choice of three cards for a 90th birthday, thankfully I found one suitable, and was then served by Ceris, a very pleasant young lady, at the Wrecsam shop.

I visited the card factory at the Glasgow Fort today to get a 6 and 0 balloon for my mother’s birthday party. I asked the lady behind the till for the gold balloons and asked if the numbers could be stacked on top of one another. She proceeded to say “you know that’s not nice” I said “what” she said “the balloons stacked on one stand that isn’t nice” I told the women that doesn’t matter I like them like that and quite frankly that’s what I wanted. I have now collected my balloons (bagged) arrived home and they are not stacked. They have been attached to one stand both at the same height - obviously not sitting right because of this. I now have to take the balloons off and sort these into a stacked position myself. This is absolutely shocking customer service! The lady behind the till was extremely cheeky and rude, and now the balloons aren’t the way I asked for because she thinks they aren’t nice like that! Appalling! Never had a problem with getting stacked balloons from any other card factory. Poor customer service!

Ordered a balloon bouquet on the Friday and selected for it to be delivered the following Wednesday. They delivered it on the Sunday and it was already going down. I called on Monday and was told to reply to their email with images and this would be sorted by end of day. 4 emails sent to them later and nothing had come of it. Called them today (the Wednesday after) to chase it up and they apparently had no emails from me. They then sent me an email to an alternative email address so I could reply whilst on the phone for them to then tell me "balloons deflating aren't our problem, there is nothing we can do" completely ignoring the fact it ARRIVED DEFLATED and 4 days earlier than booked for. My daughter's 10th birthday is Friday and now I have flat balloons and no cash to be able to fix this. Absolutely appalled with the "help" I have received.

They arrived deflated but that's not their problem apparently.

I was served by Josh this morning and he was very smiley, pleasant, friendly and helpful. Keep up your polite and efficient service, Josh and thank you very much indeed

this morning i purchased 4 cards from your east grinstead store by a very nice lady on the checkout i waited patiently in the queue of about 8 people the cashier was doing her best to my amazement another member of staff it could have been the store manager walked passed the growing queue to go and stand outside and light up a cigarette i did mention this to the assistant that in my days in retail the customer always came first you stopped what you were doing and attend the customer if it was not for the customers we would not have a job perhaps you could relay this to that memeber of staff

Was buying a birthday card and found cards easily and Tracey was helpful and friendly

Visited the Melton Mowbray store yesterday. I found Jim really helpful, very professional and polite. Maxine was also very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.They are both an asset to the company.

Outstanding service today at the Belper store from Kieran and Katrina .
My thanks especially to Kieran for helping me sort celebratory balloons.
Both give excellent service and are always welcoming , nothing is too much trouble . They are a credit to the company .

Manager so up helpful and wanted you out of shop and would not help as it was closing time but am I getting things wrong that every customer counts but he could not care so un helpful

Went into the card factory Bilston today the 2 lovely girls who was in there only had a small fan to keep them cool in this heat they was sweating such a shame they are a lovely bunch who work in there but shocking they have a little table fan in the hot weather

I need to give a big shout out to my local store in Royal Wootton Bassett.

I use CF a lot especially when making balloon displays for family and friends occasions.

1. The colleagues are awesome and fun to chat with.
2. The Balloons are amazing quality.
3. Accessories range for such a small store is bang on.

I used to run the Cardmarket business and always focussed on fun and positivity. This is exactly what I get when I visit you.
