Excellent car dealer, Peter has been brilliant! They were reccomend to me while I was looking for a car (after going to a few disappointing dealers) and the cars available are good quality and priced well. I was deciding between 4 and took up a fair bit of time! Peter was great and I have got a great new car, new mot, service and valet and he even went out of his to way to deliver for me.

My experience as a first time customer at Car-Isma was fantastic. The communication and honesty from start to finish was of a very high standard. My daughter is very pleased with her 1st car (VW Polo) and I have grown very fond of it too. A big thank you to Peter who I dealt with from start to finish. Very friendly and welcoming without being overly pushy over the sale. Well done to all involved, keep up the hard work.

First class service throughout from Peter at Car-Isma. He was happy to put right a couple of quibbles we had and presented the car in excellent order for us to collect. All paperwork was dealt with efficiently and the sale was quick and easy.

I bought a car off these just after Christmas. When I arrived I was told that the owner of the company had taken the parcel shelf out of my car what I had put a deposit down on to put in another he had sold earlier that morning. I asked if they would provide me with a new and was told yes. 3 months down the line I still haven't received one and also with zero communication from these.

Bought a car 6 months ago and had nothing but problems. The car has been in and out of the garage and now is not running at all. Spoke to Car Isma and they are refusing to do anything about it.

Bought my small car in December 2022 from Car-Isma and it was explained to me at the time of purchase, they handle warranty repairs. I live a fair way from them so went to my local garage to get a fault fixed, thinking it was a simple job. Turns out it was more expensive than I thought. Asked Car-isma, to go half with me, I didn't go to them first as I thought it was a simple fix, so i felt that i hadn't given them a chance to fix it. I acknowledged I didn't approach them, even apologised. They won't pay the half of it, apparently they don't cover electrical repairs. Wish I'd known that at the start. On buying from them, be clear exactly what you're getting. Shame, as i thought they were different from other car dealers. Turns out they're not.

Recently brought an Audi A5 s-line.. contacted car-ismaCheshire regarding availability and information about the car and they couldn’t of been helpful enough, I lived 2 hours away to collect but plenty on communication throughout even picking me up locally from the train station. Car had been cleaned and looked stunning, all paperwork ready to drive away. Highly recommend.

I called this dealer on Friday afternoon last thing to check availability on a car, I was told that it was in-stock and that it would be held for me to come and collect on Saturday, I rang on the Saturday morning to check all was still well before setting off and told them that it was a 3hr drive each way with a 2year old so needed to be sure it was going to be held before setting off, when I got near the end of my drive to the garage they called to say that it was now sold and that they were sorry and that the colleague that was dealing with me should have taken a deposit! If I had been told this I would have paid a deposit as I have now wasted a tank of fuel and a day of my families weekend!
