Never received the order value over 30.00 pounds

Still awaiting my order. Ordered on the 20th May despatched on 21st May its now 2nd of june and no sign. Contacted they said will investigate. Still waiting my first order and it will be my last really poor in a packed sweet market. Better options out there. Read the trust pilot reviews you wont order if you do.
You have been warned.

i placed an order on the 19th May 2026, this order has still not been received. tracking was not correct and we have had no response since friday 30th May to confirm my purchase.

It was easy to find the sweets we used to enjoy and add them to our order.
I have got them for a family holiday

I’ve just had my third delivery from you and I must say I really am pleased with the sweets when they come.

I placed an order which I haven't received yet. I tried getting in contact with the team and haven't had a response back after chasing up with them. The service is poor.

Was great other then the 5 day waits but….. in fairness to them they did advertise this before I ordered so I’m not angry I’m just disappointed half hearted moan. Other than that packaging great and sweets delicious. Just about to reorder

Ordered on a whim for a friends birthday. They arrived extremely promptly so I could add them to her presents. She was thrilled with them!

The liquorice allsorts were all the black liquorice bar two - would have expected more than that.

My chocolate items had all melted and were not edible. This is not a criticism of your company as it was due to the excessive heat we are currently experiencing.

I am so very happy with my order, the sweet platter looks great wonderful selection of sweets, as is the individual bags I ordered, would definitely order again, Thank you Xx

Slowest delivery ever, takes over a week to get, good product but it spoils the experience
