Dreadful, avoid this company. It’s been nearly 2 weeks since I placed the order and no sign of delivery. Keep getting an automated response from them saying they have staff shortages. Have now asked for refund but won’t hold my breathe. Absolute shambles.

I can’t reviewing these because I haven’t received them. It’s been two weeks .
And no response

Ordered £155 worth of sweets on 20 July for an event on Sat 25 July, paid for express delivery.
30 July and still no order. They gave stopped replying beacuse they can’t find my order. I keep getting the standard email reply about how busy they are, short staffed and how it’s holiday time.
I’ve asked a refund but still no reply, no order and no refund!

Order has not been delivered

AWFUL!!! Most recent two orders arrived extremely late too late for the event ordered and I ended up having to buy again elsewhere. My last order arrived with all the chocolate stuff totally melted and part of order missing, contacted the company a couple of times and no effort made to reply or offer partial refund. This company is a waste of time.

You said my candy had been delivered, but I never recieved it I have contacted you twice but no reply yet. Let me know what is happening

Dreadful !!!! Service appalling. Paid express delivery got it 10 days later with no response from emails, asking for a refund. Still no help at all. Received the order today. Quality is appalling. I presumed I paid £31 for a large pick n mix bag??? Think again. I ended up with each choice of sweet in a separate bag. Like the jellies you buy from Asda for £1.
This was a birthday pick no mix gift. What do I do with 20 small bags of £1 jellies??? PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. I’m still awaiting my refund.

Why are you asking me for a review when ive already complained that my order hasnt come yet 10 days after the order? Im obviously going to give you a rubbish review

I ordered my sweets on the 14th of July. Website says that delivery takes 3-5 working days. I have yet to receive my order.
When I email them to ask for an update, I receive a chain response, telling me they are busy.

This is the second time I bought from you I’m very happy with my purchase nw my daughter is ordering from you 5 Stars all the way

The choice, the price, just took me back to my childhood going to the shops and getting a quarter of chewing nuts and cola cubes. The only thing missing was Kop Kop's and pineapple chunks.

Such a great choice at great prices. My family loved them all.

Loving my sweets will order some more

I’ve used this company for awhile and my grandchildren loved the sweets. That was up to this order which took ages to come and when it did the trouble started. 6 of the packets had melted and was unedible. I sent photos and even what the packets were called. Since then have heard nothing! No apology, no replacement etc. I realise they have staff issues but no contact. Customer care obviously doesn’t count in this company
