what more can i say about the service , very helpfull and service second to none.
i had bought a lot of watercooling stuff from them , but when i swapped cpu i found out i had lost a screw for my waterblock (different screws for different cpus on a EKWB supramacy EVO) i spoke to them about about getting a new set , they told me as it was just a single screw i needed , they had spares and i could have it for free , they even had a courier have it delivered the next day for me at no charge .
thats what you call good service :)

Ok, I'm not sure its been 10 years, but if it isn't, it's close - it may even be more :)

C&C is actually a 1 man outfit - or possibly 1 man and his wife. The guy who runs it has a customer service attitude that is second to non. He is always willing to discuss anything you may need help with, and it always feels like he's interested and wants to provide you with the best items he can, not necessarily the most expensive ones.

I recently phoned him up regarding a new upgrade I was planning. After not speaking to him for 3+ years he remembered who I was within seconds, and instantly had my past orders up and advised me on the items that didn't need replacing, and those that should be considered.

I honestly cant recommend his 'shop' enough - I wish there were more places like his.

At the time of this review, I'm on order number 4. All order were dispatched and delivered fast (i have some around Christmas time and went without a glitch).

No mistakes from the guys and girls @ Candccentral. Everything is competitively priced and if you need watercooling parts, this is a good place to look for them.

Switched from overclockers to candccentral, polite and great to deal with. I will be placing many more purchases with them in the future. I would recommend them.

I found CandCCentral on a google search once.I gave them a shot, as they have great prices, and products I cant find other places.

Its the only shop where I feel i have voice. I once wrote an email to them, since I shop i "mm" (Millimeters) and ask them for help with the website as almost all hoses were in Inches. At the max, a few days later, all the hoses has mm measurements! A great response from the team!

Over the last few years, I have ordered bits and pieces of CandCCentral, everything has always arrived, and there has not been one single mistake in the packing or my orders (which I cant say for many other shops)

With my latest order, there were a few items not in stock, and a one item, where there was only 1 item left. After a short email contact, my items were ordered, and the items in stock, were put aside for me, another thing, which many shops wont just offer. I made a mistake in my order, once it was placed, and Mick from CandCCentral was fast to correct it, and his Emails indicated Service with a smile, if such is possible.

This is my favorite place to shop for watercooling parts, and I can only recommend this shop to other people.

I should mention, I order all my parts to Denmark, and everything comes threw without any hassel.

I needed a few parts for a tricky power supply mod and after hunting round I found them reasonably priced at C&C Central. Ordering was straightforward and while I prefer free delivery, I'd rather pay something than get nothing.
Everything turned up on time, well packaged and exactly what I'd ordered. I plan to use them again.

I am currently building a new computer and i thought i would build something special
most of the parts have been sourced throughout the world , not usually available in the
UK.
in doing so i have found that the level of service through these outlets has been outstanding ,but not in the UK.
Candccentral however is the exception to this rule, i found
1 the range of goods i required
2 the price is very reasonable
3 the goods i ordered were dispatched in less than 15 minutes from my order
this is the second time i have used them and they have proved that the first order was not a fluke.

I was after few water cooling bits and pieces as CPU waterblock, cooling liquid, hoses and I must say service provided to me was outstanding.
I ordered these bits on Saturday knowing that CPU block I wanted was not in stock but due to be delivered on next Monday.
On late Monday afternoon I received a phone call and found out that UPS was late and weren't sure whether they deliver goods by the time R Mail pick up my package.
I was ok with that. Luckily UPS delivered my CPU block on time and RM picked up fully prepared package for me.
I must say that service and customer care is one of the best I have ever come across with.
Prices are good too.... What do you need more?
I will definitely shop there again!!!!

Without a shadow of doubt this is the best store i have ever purchased from.
Incredibly friendly & polite to deal with via any method of communications (phone/email/wbsite&forum messaging)
No request is too much or too small - They even called me to ask if i intentionally ordered different sized parts (my mistake!!) and always aim to keep the satisfaction levels as high as possible.
Cant fault them and cant offer any sort of improvement focus areas.

Head & Shoulders above the rest.
