The delivery guys were excellent
The delivery guys were excellent. The rest of the organization is only interested in the sale and nothing else. Customer Service system can’t connect with delivery service to give any approximation at anytime. Not a good system if you live in a condo trying to reserve an elevator. I will never buy from here again based on customer service after the purchase is made. They don’t care after you pay.

No complaints about sales person
No complaints about sales person, however despite I have requested delivery only during an afternoon, the evening (7pm) before I was given a delivery date for the morning of the following day. So no time to set things right. The agent responding (after about 30 minutes) to my telcon could only cancel and rebook. Delivery is scheduled extremely inflexible - no space at all (!) for preferences from the buyer. I will no more buy anything at this store.

It was easy to speak with a staff and get answers to my questions. The delivery was earlier than I expected, which was great and the technicians were very friendly and professional. The communication throughout meant I felt very informed of everything taking place.

I had purchased my fridge with Mike's…
I had purchased my fridge with Mike's help so thought I would ask Mike to help me agsin with a range. It's only been a few weeks and I'm still learning. I wish there had been a better, more informative book with it. The delivery men were terrific; polite and very careful. I would have liked a paper final bill since I don't have a computer or printer. Canadian Appliance is one-stop shopping for purchases of large appliances. With one visit to the showroom, was able to discuss all available options for the dryer I had to replace with Michael, a very knowledgeable and helpful account executive, opt for warranties, arrange for delivery within days, installment and haul-away of the old dryer -again, all with one visit!

The sales rep who answered my phone call, Harleen Mankoo at the Dufflaw location was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the likely delivery timing very well. Ok Service
1. I felt the agent was a little pushy with trying to close the sale when I said I was waiting for my husband to come "it is available to deliver now but it might be gone in 5 minutes".
2. We were also told we would get a message and email 7pm with delivery time the next day, it didn't come til the next morning and they were here at 8am.
3. They didn't do the install because said the vent was in a wrong place, but also didn't bring a vent tub big enough and didn't have any back up ones to give (so the free installation now costing us $300). But the delivery team were extremely professional and very friendly.

Will not take responsibility for their mistake
I scheduled the delivery time and they were late. Didn't bother to call to say they had arrived and instead just left. Said that I wasn't available for the delivery. Could not be farther from the truth. Rescheduled, for 2 days later. Delivered and installed the washing machine, however, the water hose was not properly tighten. After about 1 hour there as a massive flood, causing damage not only to my condo unit, but the condo unit below. I instantly called the company, however they deny any wrong doing and said to prove my claim I needed to have taken a video of the installation being done. Water damage photos were not enough to prove their mistake.
Now, I have thousands of dollars of damage repairs and an insurance claim. Will NOT be buying from Canadian Appliance Source EVER AGAIN.

Regarding the property damage claim submitted for your order, please be advised that a signature on the delivery receipt serves as confirmation that the area was inspected and found free of damage at the time of service.
When this section is signed by the recipient, the delivery company is typically not held liable for damages reported after the fact.
