I want to thank Viveck for his service. I had to wait a month and a half to have our washing machine fixed. We had to wait almost two weeks for a technician and when he came, he didn't have the part I recommended to have. Not his fault, but we had to wait another month to have it fixed and this was, I think, thanks to Viveck. He called and speed the process, so today February 7th, it was fixed, I hope, because we tested, but to a full process. Again, thanks to Viveck, but in all this is not service, when you pay for warranty for four years.

If you're looking for a bargain, this store is for you. However, if customer service and support are priorities, look elsewhere. We bought a new stove and range hood here. Upon unpacking the range hood, we found the control panel was lopsided. The after sales team from CAS declared it a final sale, directing us to handle it with GE directly. A technician couldn’t fix it since it's glued to the hood. Reaching out to CAS again, they reiterated that it's our issue. Next time, I'll gladly pay a bit more elsewhere to avoid receiving defective appliances or having to deal with the defects on my own.

Outstanding! My washing machine broke after deciding to sell my home after many, many years of good service. I shopped around and one company came to mind...because they spend more on advertising and many people I know have used them. I called...then called CAS.
I saved hundreds of dollars and had a new washer delivered the next day instead of 72 hrs with the other major company.
I found the customer service by phone, price, delivery time and delivery service to be significantly better than any other company.
I would highly recommend CAS to every purchaser over any other company and I have now recommended to my friends and neighbours.
I will absolutely be using this company in the future. I'm a discerning consumer and particular. I'm surprised to say I cannot fault this company in any way!

Whatever you do, don’t sign for the delivery until you have closely inspected the appliance. If you spot something after the delivery people have left, unplug it before you take your pictures which you will need to submit with your online complaint form to CAS.

I paid full price for a new Maytag range, but after their delivery people delivered, plugged, and rushed out of the house, we saw that it had a badly applied metallic trim on the bottom of the oven door as well as a deep scratch/gouge on the painted front edge of the cooktop. CAS said the appliance was « used » which was defined by it having been plugged in (even though this was done at the request of their delivery people, and the complaint form was submitted within hours of delivery). CAS washed their hands of it, told me to contact the manufacturer, and closed the case.

Status as of one month after purchase: Whirlpool/Maytag had no technicians available so I had to find my own and submit the bill for reimbursement. I just sent it in. 🤞

The live tracking page kept pushing our delivery time back. It went from 11:00-11:30 to suddenly being 1:00-1:30. My husband left the house torun an errands, since it had been pushed back, and then we got a call at 11:00 that the driver was here and nobody was home. It still said he had two stops before us. Obviously the driver had not been updating his status or something was wrong?

Also our dishwasher has a dent. We noticed once we removed the cardboard boxing. Very sad about this!

He helped us a lot.

Just after ringing the Bell at the entrance, an employee quickly came out, we showed him our order number and after checking told us to back up our van to the door while he brought out the KitchenAide microwave. He was back in no time with the box which he placed in the van, asked to sign a form and wished us a good day!!!
All this transpired in less than 15 minutes, in a very profesional and courteous manner. The person who assisted us should be comended for doing a GOOD JOB.

The agent was very prepared, he gave us the information that we need. He showed patience and professionalism in all the procedures that we have done.

The products were exactly as ordered. The professionalism of Hammandeep, the sales representative was top notch. There were no delivery delays. The delivery staff were efficient and pleasant. Strongly recommend this company for your appliance needs.

I needed to replace my dishwasher in a hurry. Within 24 hours the machine I selected was delivered, the old one wa taken away, I installed the new one and it was up and running.
