They gave me great advice in selecting the washer that suits me and installed and removed my old washer. Quick and easy all around.

I bought a washer because mine stopped working. Sale rep online told me on april 10 it would arrive close to april 19 which is the main reason why I bought at CAS. Now, the delivery is scheduled for may fourth without an explanation and nobody answer me anymore.

Will probably ask for a refund and go look for somewhere else.

I emailed my representative to follow up about my purchase and if I could get filters ordered as well and haven't heard back.

Rachael was helpful, knowledgeable and very expedient. Overall a good experience. Delivery was also seamless - timely and efficient.

I called Canadian Appliance on the recommendation of my brother. Not being able to go to the store, I reluctantly ordered my dishwasher by phone. I spoke with Krenish Patel and I was pleasantly surprised to find how quickly the process was completed to my satisfaction. He gave me all the details of the functions of the appliance. Will definitely buy my next appliance at CAS.
My dishwasher was delivered by 2 very respectful and efficient drivers. Extremely pleased with the delivery!

I am furious with your company. Your salesman ordered the wrong frig. I paid to have it picked up at your store and brought to my home which is two hours away and paid people to bring it into my house only to open it up and find out it is the wrong fridge. Now our customer service is stonewalling me because we took the packing off the fridge!!!! How would we know it was the wrong fridge it we didnt unpack it. I can see this becoming a legal matter and will be filing for court proceedings in the next few days as your solution to this is unacceptable.

Very simple and comfortable process from online discussion to purchase topics-up at the warehouse. Very streamlined pick up process took 15 minutes, from arrival to departure.

The timeliness and outcome of our issue with damage on the finish of our new range was excellent and handled professionally.
