Poor customer service .. quoted one price when shopping. When I went to make the purchase, his numbers had changed .. was rude, arrogant & short with me to the point that I told him I was going to walk out ..

UPDATE: I have my dishwasher!! The company has also since apologized and has even started a process to refund the delivery charge. I appreciate the effort they’ve done to make amends for the hassle and inconveniences. Updating my rating because they did eventually pull through and make things right.

I scheduled delivery of both my appliances. Only one arrived as the delivery company did not have the order for the other piece. I called the store and was sent to the delivery team. The delivery team said they escalated but did not provide any information. I then waited until the afternoon of the next day and still did not receive any call back even though it was escalated. I called the store and was told it was on a delivery truck and would be delivered that day. I work during the day and had to take time off for the scheduled delivery yesterday. I did not receive a call and if I did not call, the delivery company would have arrived with no one home. They might have dropped it off in my yard and could very well have been stolen as it is clearly brand new. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. There was also a lack of apology for the inconvenience when I called the store the next day. I felt more sympathy from the delivery team than I did from the sales person. Poor quality customer service.

Knowledgeable salespeople, did not attempt to push us into making a decision on our purchase. Courteous and helpful.

The on-line sales help was excellent. The delivery was on time and professional. Installer was good and went out of way to make appliances fit. He did damage our counter and also left a mess. The worst were the customer service at the instAller site. Zero stars. Over charged never sent quote or invoice and make you pay before you see anything in writing. Felt like a scam and changed double tax. Be careful!

Both employees in the store provided us excellent service. They are answered our questions and offered reasonable prices and arranged for delivery. Email communication was excellent, with a copy of the invoice, upcoming delivery, and warranty information.

Very good experience so far friendly knowledgeable sales person will be very happy if things arrive shortly.

My sales person helped out with the 100 gift card but it would be very difficult for anyone else yo fill out.
I think you need a better solution for these

We were met at the door, showed where the appliance was we were looking for and allowed to look on our own for what we were needing. Had prompt service after our decision was made. Appliance was available for delivery 3 days after purchase. Delivery was done well and prompt. Love our new appliance.

Ordering was easy and professional! Delivery was fast! Product was in stock!!

Really good service. But when they say in stock they mean in the Calgary watehouse however it did only 2weeks to get in so that was ok.
