Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. Our model is unique in that our focus has always been on providing our customers with the personalized, thoughtful help and advice of an appliance specialist. Whether online or in-store, CAS customers receive knowledgeable advice, expert service, and quality appliances at exceptional prices. Now with more than 40 locations, our mission has grown to be the largest national appliance retailer in Canada. Store was conveniently located. Sales Rep Randeen Saunders was knowledgeable; offered sound guidance when selecting the appliance. Delivery lead time was good. Delivery service was excellent. Dontay Watkis and Mario July were friendly, respectful and helpful. They removed the old washer and installed the new one quickly and professionally. I've been using the washer for the past 2 weeks. It has been running wonderfully. Thank you. I will definitely use Canadian Appliance Source again for my next appliance purchase.

Randeen, our representative, was very helpful and always wanting to help. We ran into some product availability issues and he was there to make sure everything worked out, and in the end our appliances arrived as promised. Salesperson was professional and helpful. We wanted a stove model that slid on top of the granite countertop. That is what we thought we were getting but that was not what was delivered. The delivered model however did agree with what was stated on the order request. We did not send it back.
