Delivery people caused a problem
I'm a senior - my wife & I purchased 2 washers & 2 dryers (we have tenants). Everything was great until today, when the delivery guys took it upon themselves to bring the old washer up the stairs without prompting. We wanted it left in the basement (it's going to be repaired and sold). They refused to take it back downstairs, left it outside, and then took off. The customer service person, Dan, was argumentative, and making incorrect assumptions - and considered it in my interest to charge me half of the usual service fee to have them come back and move it - but, not today, and after 3 more days!!

The sales and communications were great. Installation was poor.
The sales and communications were terrific. The delivery was timely.
The installation was shabby and not acceptable. The appliance was not leveled, the unit was not tested and the 4” vent hose had many bends and kinks. The arrangement of hoses generally was not neatly organized.

The customer service is store was…
The customer service in store was amazing, five star for sure! Ahmad was super helpful and thorough except he left out the fact that we needed to uninstall our fridge and freezer doors for the movers to move the appliance through the doors. This caused a huge inconvenience as we were not prepared for this. It took the movers alot longer to do their job because last minute we had to figure out how to uninstall. We called CAS to inquire and another associate was not understanding or apologetic.

Great Sales and Installation Team
From the sales team to the delivery installation team, all were very professional. They were polite and respectful and knew what they were doing. The sales lady kept in touch with us through the whole sales and service installation. The installers knew what they were doing and had the washing machine up and running in less than 20 minutes. They cleaned up after the installation. They were great.

The threat of financial penalty
The threat of financial penalty, continued lack of consideration by people not on the sales floor and poor communication throughout the purchase period, made for a very difficult purchase. The time and effort taken by myself and my wife was nerve racking and proved to be detrimental to our health. In the end we gave in to the final mutual decision and spent more than planned. We now hope that the product will be beneficial and be of good service.

It would have been 5 star rating but I was disappointed with the After Sales service. Had an issue with a warranty claim with a GE Range. After running into a brick wall for warranty service with GE. After Sales Servive did contact GE on my behalf but in the end did not hold GE to account.
Only after I threatened GE with legal actions did things get resolved 3 months later. Where GE settled using CAS to complete the settlement.
After Sales Service in my opinion could have more by holding GE to account as a CAS supplier. So that would not have needed to seek legal counsel to get things settled.
Thankful that in the end I was able to purchase the replacement Range at CAS
