Company did well
Company did well, I got our dishwasher. The problem was it took 9 weeks from the time I ordered till delivery. I had to pay in full when I ordered, so my money were blocked for 9 weeks. Price was good, delivery was free but we payed by waiting soooo long.

Long wait times for appliances
Bought a wall oven that was suggested due to availability and being able to get it within 2 to 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I called to ask about delivery. Said the unit hadn't arrived yet and would be another 2 weeks. Then that same day received an email saying the unit was on backorder. They do not carry appliances in stock and product will get ordered when bought.

Sales associate not returning call
I ordered a refrigerator and I had to change my mind. I refused delivery and then ordered a new product from Abby at CAS but requested the order be canceled prior to delivery as we wanted to modify our cabinetry to accommodate larger unit.
Abby has not contacted me despite trying to contact him for the past 2-3 weeks.
We would like to have our money refunded immediately. We will possibly repurchase from CAS if the customer services respond to this matter quickly.
I spoke to customer service on April 2, 2026 and they stated that Abby, the sales associate, needed to cancel the order.

The response from the saleperson was exceptional …
The response from the saleperson was immediate. He was knowledgeable and most helpful. I purchased the unit, he immediately confirmed the delivery date, and the delivery was on time and very professional delivery staff. The saleperson went above and beyond including giving me his cell phone number in case something went amiss on the Saturday delivery. I have given his name and number to family and friends and all of them have used his service resulting in several sales.
