I never write reviews. For me to waste my time writing one now must mean something. Stay away from the Barrie location CAS. This company is so bad. Sales staff are so bad.
My sales person at CAS didn't even call me back prior to making the sale. Three times I reached out both by email and phone. Should have bee a red flag then. Calling Customer care is also a joke. They couldn't help at all. They won't even let you talk to management.
Go to T/A appliance. They will look after you.

Service was great, patience by staff was commendable and delivery guys were prompt and hooked up our new appliances without issue with us.

The delivery guys were incredible they were quick, pleasant and explained every question that was asked.
They cleaned up all the packing and took it with them.
I used my Maytag YMED4205SW today and it put my other dryer to shame.
It was affordable as well!

Free delivery, but damaged goods
We ordered fridge, range and dishwasher. Only the dishwasher arrived in packaging. The range has an inch long, fairly deep dent that looks like it was made by a sharp object in the stainless steel just below the cooktop. The fridge has a crushed corner along one of the top/side edges. We noticed the crushed corner the day after the fridge was delivered. We put in a repair/replace claim, but since our old fridge had been taken away, we went ahead and put groceries and INSULIN (my son is a Type 1 Diabetic) inside. The returns department requested interior photos, and then denied our claim because the fridge had been “used” for about 24 hours. If the old fridge is gone and we weren’t allowed to use the new one, how exactly were we supposed to store life-saving medication until the claim process was complete? Won’t bother with this company in future.
