I recently purchased a barbecue from Cambridge Home and Garden and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the prices were excellent.

I managed to get an amazing deal on my barbecue and was really impressed with the service from start to finish.

Ordered an Ooni pizza oven, plus the cast iron pan, for a camping holiday. Prices were extremely competitive, and CHG offered a next working day delivery, which was perfect as our holiday was due to kick off within a few days (and we'd left the kit list until the last minute - again).

The pizza oven did, indeed, arrive the next day (a Saturday, which I would have excused as a non working day, but great!). Unfortunately, DPD failed to deliver the skillet - no idea where it went. Emailed CHG, and Lauren was just all over it from the word go. She chased up DPD, who sadly re-delivered the skillet to a completely random address, with an unidentifiable blurred photo. Contacted CHG again, and a replacement was sent out next day, this time delivered correctly!

Communication throughout all of this was just superb. While it was DPD who let the side down, CHG immediately took full ownership, and never skipped a beat. So refreshing to get that level of customer service, it is an increasingly rare thing. Will definitely use these guys again.

I was attracted to great offers, but once I’d made my purchase I realised this company is a good operator to deal with. Their system, their choice of logistics partners, the range, the mix, the offers - you can’t fault it really. I hope it works out for them I really do because it’s a pleasure dealing with good operators when so often we end up spending more personal time dealing with other companies’ failures. Stick with great operators I think, give them the mix, loyalty and relationship they seek and it works. Cambridge Home and Garden is probably my favourite ‘transaction experience’ (that sounds hideous but I hope you understand) of 2026 so far.

We have just had our parasol delivered by Cambridge Home and Garden and the service has been excellent. Jason and his coworker delivered the goods, they were very polite, helpful and on time!

Having trawled round lots and lots of places looking at garden furniture and sundry items over the last 12-18 months we were recommended to try Willingham by a friend. We’re so glad we did. We have invested in a beautiful new outdoor dining set that will last for years. Over the years we’ve had lots of different sets from lots of different places and the quality has never been as good as the one we’ve just bought. We will be returning. Most definitely.

Excellent from the time I walked into the showroom to the time it was delivered!
It was clear the saleswoman knew her stuff and was friendly and helpful.
The two guys (Jason and his mate) were also excellent- arrived bang on time and were very friendly and professional and even unpacked the base for me.
They are a credit to the company. 😁

Swift delivery, great deal on a pizza oven 20% cheaper than everywhere else. Would definitely use again!

Easy to order online. The item I wanted was in stock. I arranged to Click & Collect which was fine, although the hours were a bit tricky for me. The warehouse (not at the main shop) weren’t expecting me but they found my item and helped me load it into the car. Would have been 5 stars if I could have collected a bit later.
