Easy to book & helped us find room options we required to accommodate whole party. Slight change to seating after booking but caused no issue with person concerned.
Making the most of our Mystery. Day one, we wouldn't have chosen Manchester, we were hoping for somewhere less built up, but we managed to make it a reasonably good time by visiting quieter spaces... Mehr ansehen

Simple and easy to book your holiday
Simple and easy to book your holiday, very helpful, value for money, would have given 5 stars, but we live in Cumbria, and Carlisle is our pick up, and wanted to book a Spanish holiday, none of them picked up at Carlisle, just Scotland,

Made fully informed about disruption to Isle of Man holiday. Very important to book directly through Caledonian, those who booked through a Travel Agent were not so well informed.

We enjoyed the experience but we would have liked to have been sent an itinerary as we were unaware beforehand about how much time we would have been spending in the City which would have given us an idea of what expenditure we would need. Luckily we had nice weather and spent most of our time in Hyde Park. it would be helpful to have ideas of indoor places to visit that are free.

All in all a nice break heating wasn't working in the room but they tried to fix it but the building is old and they gave us a heater which did the trick must mention the food they had a menu on their website which wasn't very nice but when we got to the hotel the menu was totally different and absolutely gorgeous I pointed this out to the Manager seems silly advertising a poor menu and finding out when you get to the hotel it is totally different and a whole lot nicer

No hassle when booking
No hassle when booking, very helpful and courteous customer service.
I always prefer to speak to someone when booking rather than online. This is a much better way for us and quicker response with confirmation of our holiday.
Highly recommend Caledonian Travel.
