A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE WITH CACCIA
I have had the pleasure of working with Caccia Plumbing several times and each experience has been very pleasant from the ease of the telephone call to request an appointment to the completion of the repair. I was impressed and grateful to have Abnan Grajeda as the repairman assigned to take out my kitchen faucet and replace it with a new faucet that I had purchased. Upon arrived he asked me what problems I had with the faucet, examined it and took pictures. He discovered that the valves under the sink were deteriorated and needed replacement to correctly function properly when the new faucet was installed. He gave me an estimate including the new valves. He then put down protection of my kitchen flooring and under the sink. He had difficulty removing the old faucet but with determination he succeeded and installed the new faucet. He vacuumed residue in and under the sink, on the counter and the floor protection. Then he showed me the functions of the new faucet and was on his way to help his next appointment.
I have in the past recommend and will continue to Caccia Plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber

Trusting someone to take care of mom
Trusting someone to take care of your mom's house is not something I take lightly. My mom's 87 and still independent, and I want to make sure any service vendor I choose takes care of her, is kind, polite, patient - in other words, treats her the way I want someone to treat my mom.
Caccia Plumbing is my plumber of choice. They just left her house after clearing a bad drain stoppage. She can't say enough good things about the tech who went to her house. He was kind, patient, made her feel comfortable and safe and secure. And of course he took care of the problem quickly and professionally.
I can't ask for anything greater than being able to trust a service vendor to care for my mom well. Good job, Caccia Plumbing...we'll keep turning to you whenever we have a plumbing need.

At 11 o’clock in the morning I realized…
At 11 o’clock in the morning I realized I had water leaking into my family room ceiling. I phoned Caccia and they were able to send a technician over by 1pm, who found the leak and replaced the pipes by 4:30pm that same day. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and I was grateful to get such great service as we had a family wedding two days later.

Excellent Work and Service from Caccia
Tammy understood the serious nature of our having no hot water in the mbr and was able to schedule someone for 10am next day. Joseph showed up on time, provided approriate and understandable descriptions of the work to be done, communicated extremely well throughout the process, was courteous and respectful, and cleaned up the work area after he was finished. Work was done expertly with nice finishing touches (like carefully done caulking). Would be happy to have him do work here in future.
