I had a cut and blow dry booked for myself and my daughter
I had a cut and blow dry booked for myself and my daughter. My daughter is 12 so when booked it was confirmed £15 via email. I then get a text one day before saying the price will be £25 as it takes just as long. We then ended up going for a dry cut. She then sent a message saying please make sure that my daughter had her hair down and no kinks. I rung her back and said she goes to school with her hair up so that’s going to be quite different as the appointment is straight after school, so she said that’s fine I will spray it with water. I couldn’t even cancel the appointment as i would get charged 30% if cancelled within 72hrs. Once we got to the appointment, she couldn't do what my daughter did wanted, so I said ok that’s fine do the cut and blow dry, she said she can’t now as no time. Then she ended up washing her hair as she was struggling. I have always paid by card and she said it’s cash or bank transfer only with me. Never told me this before the appointment. Absolutely ridiculous and will never be going back there. Service is so poor. Would not recommend to anyone!
